This was my first time visiting this place thanks to my friend who told me about the items they sell. Went in and spoke with Travis he is so sweet and kind anybody who needs help with anything he is the one to talk to. I had a great experience thanks to Travis. The store is clean and great job with presentation on everything. I loved this store I'm going back to see what all they bring in. I left finding jewelry for my mum and I must say I was so ecstatic!!! :)

I really want to thank Dave and his team at Blue Diamond! I had a bag of misc. coins, etc. from my grandpa and my mom. It was a serious random mix of what I assumed was of very little value and I just wanted to know if a hobbyst might want it for fun. I was actually embarrassed to even bring it in.I was greeted by incredibly nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable folks. I was assured there was no reason to feel dumb - they're the experts and they're truly there to HELP.Dave was honest and helped me understand the items I had. Surprisingly, my bag of "junk" actually had a few winners and I did end up walking away with a little money in my pocket and a new home for a bunch of stuff I had no idea what to do with.

This was the best experience I've had in dealing with possessions left from my mom. I explained the articles were left to me after her passing. These guys not only showed compassion but also took their time in going through each and every piece leaving nothing without explanation on it's category. I have been to Blue Diamond several times to sell jewelry, and have always found Adam and Travis to be a true pleasure to interact with. They give thorough explanations of their pricing, and share their deep expertise. A+ for customer service!

This store is my happy place. Great purses, jewelry, guns , coins, watches, etc. Name brand items at a fraction of retail prices. I try to visit once a week to check out new inventory. Employees are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and they love what they do.

OBSESSED with Blue Diamond! Originally called them one day last summer about selling them my Rolex. Gabbi answered and ended up talking to me for almost 20 minutes about everything they do and how the process works and all of the different brands they buy and sell. She answered all of my silly questions and never rushed me or pressured me into anything. So I took my watch by and saw what they had to offer, and I want to say I went back once a week for the whole summer, selling some old handbags and jewelry and trading them in for different ones (their inventory updates every week and never ceases to amaze me)! Shortly after I took my husband by to look at their diamond inventory because we were wanting to upgrade my current ring. Gabbi was so patient, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process! We purchased our center stone at an incredible price and she helped us design the setting of our dreams! Literally stopped by in the summer and had the most beautiful ring on my finger before New Year’s Eve! I cannot talk about Blue Diamond and their amazing staff enough! I know I’m clearly obsessed with Gabbi in this review, but the owner Adam and the other employees are phenomenal as well! Anytime I would be in there waiting I discovered that they each had their own area of expertise, I never left there without learning something about handbags, guns, jewelry or diamonds! It’s insane, stop thinking about it and get over there immediately, you will not be disappointed!

I was able to take some coins that had been collected by my family and a family friend of many many years that have both passed away. They treated us with dignity and respect and even taught me some things that even I did not know. I will definitely be bringing in more items for them look at and quite possibly for me to buy. Thank you Blue Diamond team. Yall are absolutely amazing.
