Blue Cross Pet Clinic always takes excellent care of my dogs, and shows care and concern when I discuss issues. I trust them with all 5 of my sweet babies. I absolutely love Blue Cross Pet Clinic, and all of their staff. Dr. Beissner and Dr. Cousins take such great care of my five dogs, and are always very kind and reassuring. Karie, Teresa and Debra are always so busy taking care of everything, and yet they always have a moment to say hello. I get phone call reminders from Teresa for appointments, and I always know her voice immediately. When I have medication requests/refills, Jr calls me back to let me know the status and is always very kind as well. I appreciate and value this clinic, very much.

My 11 yr old dog, Kai, needed surgery and the staff and Veterinarians there were right there to help with his needs! What a wonderful job they did and the special care that was given, I would recommend anyone to this clinic who has a special pet that needs any kind of care! Thank you, Blue Cross Vets!

I have been taking my dogs Kramer and Charlie girl to blue cross for years and have loved the way they have loved and treated my dogs. Recently, Charlie girl crossed ? and they were very sympathetic and gave me the time I needed and didn’t rush my final moments with my girl.?❤️?. Today 9-17-2024 they sent me a card with everyone signing it which made my day and will be forever thankful for their kindness. The card was a pleasant surprise

My pups have all been seen by Dr. Beisnner since he was at the St. Cloud location.
Needless to say, the Dr. and his staff are all so professional and caring. I would recommend Blue Cross Pet Clinic to anyone who wants a safe and kindhearted experience.

I love Dr. Beissner, who is my favorite veterinarian, but I am happy he added Dr. Cousins to his staff. She is awesome. All the staff in the office are wonderful. I have been bringing my pets to this clinic for many years. I love Blue Cross Pet Clinic!

I’ll probably never take my dog here again. Staffs are not even friendly although the guy assisted us was nice. Pricing is a bit too much and was told my dog’s shot was already paid for from last visit, and ended up paying again. If only they would explain it more to avoid any confusion and misunderstanding would be nice.

Bella is/ was in good hand when the doctor and staff took care of her.

Ok where do I begin I have to say the lady that I spoke with at the front desk was not listening I had to repeat the issue several times. They weren’t friendly. Looked at me as if I didn’t belong. Mentioned over the phone that i can come in before 10 they had one more slot available. I make it by 9:45 and was told that I they stop seeing patients. However I was told if I make it I will be ok by 10 while over the phone. When I got in the young lady with reddish hair seemed unfriendly and mentioned that I could schedule an appointment. As I said yes she begin to take down my information. When she got finished ask me to put down a deposit. She could spared us both the time And mentioned that in the beginning of the appointment setup. Just totally unfriendly environment to me. I would take second thought before coming.

Rude front desk girl always have to wait over 1.5 hours the walk in service plan on being there all day every time I’ve ever been here they send u to wait and they don’t care

My Lexi was sick and then unexpectedly went down quickly. The staff there was very kind, but the Drs there were AMAZING. I couldn't have asked for better. The walk in options really helped out a lot. Just make sure you have time to wait. It gets full quickly. When I had to help her go peacefully, everyone was so kind and didn't move any faster than I wanted to. They were very patient and understanding. Try them once. You will keep going back
