I just love shopping at Birkenstock at The Quarry - the store manager, Celina is absolutely fantastic and I stop in at least twice a week because of the attention and great advice I receive from her on the latest clothing they have available in the store - the merchandise is terrific, the cloths fit very well in general and are so easy to wear. I have loved everything I have bought over the years and the collection of comfortable shoes is fantastic! I highly recommend going in and letting Celina help you find something wonderful. She is helpful, kind and passionate about the store and the merchandise and works very hard to find each customer the best options. The price points are very affordable and the value is there in all the lines they carry. Hope you will stop by! Its my GO TO clothing store in San Antonio.

I have bad feet...I was a runner for 40 years, had 2 bunion surgeries, stress fractures etc, and am finally old enough to say "NO" to the torture of uncomfortable shoes. But, I still want my shoes to look nice, and this store is the best! Gorgeous styles, and the staff really know how the different brands fit and can steer me to those brands best suited to my feet.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. I hate this place. It is representative of everything that is wrong with customer service in San Antonio. There are a multitude of reasons why this place sucks and I list a few below.1. It is not actually a Birkenstock store. They use the name in the title as a marketing ploy and it's a very bait and switch tactic. The selection of shoes is a joke when you compare to the selection available online or at an actual Birkenstock store. Furthermore, the inventory of available Birkenstock shoes is pretty much non existent.2. Most shoes have to be special ordered here. It takes a WHOLE MONTH to get your shoes in stock. That's just stupid - order them online and get them in a few days. There's no point going into this store because they don't carry any special shoes to make it worth waiting a month. Then I heard something about the factory being closed so I think it's now TWO MONTHS to get your shoes? What a joke!3. They have no problem making the customer wait over a month for shoes but you only get a week to return them for a full refund. You get 30 days for store credit, but again, you may make the false assumption they actually have what you want in stock then your hard earned money is stuck at a store where you can't get what you want and that you now actually hate. I'm furious because the shoes I want are available online and I could have ordered them for my trip next week, but no, I have to wait an eternity for them to become available at this vile shop. Like who wants to wait a FULL season to get shoes? Probably no one. I want my money back but I can't get it! Don't make the same mistake as me.4. Sizing is limited and they prioritize fat feet in their inventory. Birkenstock has two widths - narrow/normal (the size that every Nordstrom or other retailer carries as the "normal" size) and wide. Many of the shoes here are only available in wide so if you have normal size feet or god forbid, you have petite feet, odds are, they will not carry the shoe in your size and they will not special order for you. So again, why bother coming here when they discriminate against people with normal size feet? This is not a shop for fashionable folks by any stretch of the imagination. This is a shop run by people who prioritize themselves at all costs above their customers. It is a disgusting store where your money will get trapped. It's way too easy to go to ANY OTHER store than this one to get Birkenstocks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!

Nice place. This location in the quarry area actually had the shoe and size I needed, after looking everywhere and online. The store employee was nice enough to hold the shoe for me until I got to the store and there was a discount that they were offering so that was a plus too! This will be my go to for anything Birkenstock in the future.

They have a great selection of comfortable shoes & now a bigger selection of clothing. The staff is always so helpful! Yes, their merchandise is a bit pricey but you're paying for quality- their shoes will wear on your comfy feet for quite a while. I still have some shoes I bought years ago! Just make sure to try on first for comfort cuz all styles are different...& so are the feet!

I really do love this store! The employees are always welcoming and helpful. My experience was the opposite at the Huebner location. I was able to walk in find gifts for members and myself in less than 20m.

The lady here was super unhelpful and rude. No one helped me when I walked in, after they didn't have my size they lady just left. Won't be coming back here.

Nice, airy store, and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of women's shoes, but a severely limited offering of men's shoes.

Abismal. Both owner and staff. Two days after return policy she wouldn’t exchange a pair of shoes because the size was wrong. Stated she would have made an exception if we were sick. What kind of person acts like this. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I wouldn’t give them my money if they were the only shoes store and I was barefoot with a mandatory walk across glass. Worst experience with a retailer in my entire life. She will be out of business soon with a horrible attitude like she has.
