Just bought a bed from Richard.Richard was such an amazing help!! Very knowledgeable, my kid knew what she wanted and I knew what price range I wanted. Richard help make it happen, all while keeping us laughing. This was such a great experience. We'll be seeing Richard soon, we need another mattress."Richard "The Boogieman" TAKE MY MONEY!!! LOL

Bought a mattress from this store. The one we received vs. the one we tested while we were there are drastically different. Called to ask about a refund or satisfaction guarantee and was told they don't do returns because they don't sell used mattresses.Store is a con shop avoid it like the plague.

Be very careful with this company. I am so unhappy with my mattress! I bought a pillow top spending 1000$ in June. Right away I called them to let them know the bed feels like it has a lump going down the middle. We have to fight turning in bed. The bed sinks so much our feet are higher than our bodies. We wake up with our back hurting every morning. They said I had a three month warranty on it but They wanted me to bring it back in to look at it. I don’t have a truck. I really feel like I wasted my money. I wish I would have had a chance to lay on it before they put it in the uhaul. I almost feel like I bought a used mattress! And the manager is not very accommodating. Now I’m stuck with this uncomfortable mattress that is now causing serious back problems. Beware!Make sure you thoroughly look at your mattress.

I have spent months looking for the perfect mattress for my campervan conversion. My daughter recommended that I check out this place. Billy Bob's Beds provided, by far, the best service I received in my search. Needless to say, I left there with one!
