Bills pawn shop use to be a great store ...so I pawned my stuff and didn't get a receipt..since when that's odd because I took something out 2 months ago and got a receipt so how do I knw how much was my interest fees won't be doing business with them anymore

Pawn shop, it smelled great as soon as I entered. Then I realized it was the friendly assistant managers cologne Caníba for Men. Great prices very reasonable. I would continue going to this fine establishment.

If you have someone on the floor quoting a price for an item, we accept it and everything is done but the signature. Only for someone else to come out and tell us a reduced price because the first person was mistaken, don't have them on the floor period. I can just go somewhere else, that's exactly what we did. I don't know who that girl is at the counter, but she lost a returning customer. We like to come here to de-clutter make some quick cash and find a good deal. Their location is convenient, but no. If this is how you treat your returning customers, no thank you. First a misquote which costed us because of your over evaluation, than have the audacity to give us a tone. Yeah no, I don't care if all the pawn shops are connected. I go to where I'm respected, if you can't respect my time by giving me the correct price. You can't respect my time because I have to deal with you not liking your job, than I don't need to come here. Save your money use the gas and go elsewhere. Go to a place where they respect your time and just respect you altogether.

The store itself is decent but smelled like weed in there finally figured it out it was coming from the assistant manager. It took forever to get some service since the assistant manager and associate Noami were more interested in each other than helping out the customers.

Melissa was rude . Dropped acid on my pendant and didn’t wanna give me corporate number said I can find it myself . Did not even try to make the problem better or nothing

I'm very disappointed in this place I am a designer bag collector and posher these guys won't even work with me about saving some of my bags SMH then my grandma bought diamonds there and they would not give her a loan on the same jewelry that they sold her this place sucks they are just there to rip you off!!!!

I love love love this pawn shop, always fast and courteous service when I go. That dark girl Kristina knows her stuff. Takes care of us each time. We need cheaper deals there lol but nonetheless best pawn shop in San Antonio.
