Got in an accident a few weeks back with my 2014 wrangler rubicon. My off road bumper only had the paint scratched but after a few weeks the screws on my light back came out and I had to zip tie it yesterday. Today I stopped by the shop and tony (he has a blue mohawk) took a few minutes to come out take a look and run in to the shop, came back out and bolted it back up free of charge. These are true Jeep people they’re not just there to make a buck but to have your best interest. Thank you tony!

Had an issue with my jeep gladiator that the dealership and extended warranty stated they wouldn’t cover. Amanda, Tony, and Eric were extremely helpful and helped me save money on having to replace it right away. I will be coming back for a new lift kit to fix the issue. Did I mention they were very military friendly? ❤️Also, cool blue Mohawk, Tony. And I want dreads like Eric. But what I really appreciated was their concern for my safety and not letting me drive off without it being repaired. Thanks guys. ?

Went in for an alignment for 2016 Silverado that had some bad camber alignment pins and dirt king camber lockers. I brought it here because the service/appointment guy said they could fix my bent alignment pins and still do the alignment. Dropped it off at 9 am and got called that it was ready at 1pm. They told me that they could only adjust the toe. They said the shop foreman didn’t want to touch or fix them. It was the whole reason why I brought it here because they said they could do it. I even took the front desk guy outside to show them before making the appointment and they said they could do it. $160.00 later for a “stage 1” alignment which was just adjusting the toe and a $20 Uber ride later and I’m still needing a proper alignment. I was not really offered a solution other than get the pins fixed before the alignment because we don’t don’t fix things. I thought a shop that claims to fabricate and do custom work could fix my issue. I guess I’ll have to find a real shop to help me and poke my eyes out and still charge me for not doing anything. Typical “shop”.

Loved this place! Went to 4 different mechanics who didn’t know what was wrong with my right turn signal and try to over charge me. When I walked in there they immediately tried to see what was wrong and solved the problem within an hour!

We went 5 months with no AC in our jeep so we finally decided to take it to get fixed. We choose Bikini Offroad because they're one of our sponsors in our jeep club AND because they had so many good reviews! I'm so glad we did! Tony listened me to get a better understanding of what happened and he took it all into account and they were able to find the problem!! Praising the Lord for this company! I pray for many more satisfied customers. I'll have to come back for a lift soon! Thank you for all the help. We missed our AC! My only regret is not bringing it to them sooner! ? This Texas heat is no joke.
