This is my 3rd time that the dryers do not heat; and the workers cannot reimburse for the broken but not labeled broken dryers. The last time an entire wall of dryers were not working. I keep hoping it gets better but this is 3rd time in a row (1 per week). The staff works really hard unfortunately this is management issue.

Big 20lbs and 40lbs washers. Huge dryers that get hot and make clothes dry quickly. You'll pay over $4 though for each washer.

They have the most MISERABLE cleaning lady i have ever encountered. I've never been treated so poorly by anyone. I treat people with respect. The miserable wench that works there has been so disrespectful the very few times i go and i hardly go there. It sad to not be able to go to an establishment that is so conveniently close to me. i just wanted to wash a load an go home. I am tired as well. I had never spoken to anyone rudely before until today. i was in the laundromat before 10 o’clock. it was 945 or 950. She treated me as if i broke into the place. i was there before 10 otherwise the door would have been locked. the hours are in fine print , you’d have to looking up at jesus to see the hours. there were so many people in there barely washing but she only targeted me. i don’t know why she hates me? I don’t know the lady. i never needed to to talk her. I'm so sorry she doesn’t like her job I’m so sorry that she is had to work late since that's the only job she can get. She was so rude i had to defend myself. She accused me of “knowing the hours”. the hours are not visible or placed at eye level. she didn’t even tell anyone else anything only targeted me. she’s flipped me off as i was leaving!!. she so disgusting. I hope they have audio visual in the store so they can hear how horrible she is to customers. I know I’m not the only one she treats this way. the hours don’t match what is on google either. she yelled in my face to leave by 11. there was another patron that left after me. so i can’t imagine she was very kind to him either. If i was able to get in the place before 10 to wash there is not excuse to be treated or spoken to in that manner. this was unacceptable.

Quick and easy. In and out fast. Change machine, laundry detergent and fabric softener dispenser, very convenient drink and snack machine with lots of variety to choose from. Clean and no shady people hanging around.

Economically right . Environment is clean people tend to mind their business . Wanna wash your laundry in a well mannered and clean atmosphere that's reasonably priced come here. Has a money currency change and check cashing next door on one side and a Mexican restaurant on the other side with a HEB grocery just behind around the corner.

I never have problems with machines here. It's clean, organized. And lots of washers(different and fried. Decent prices.

If you are gonna wash here only come in the morning. that's the only time its mildly fresh inside. the a/c is out and if you come in the afternoon its horrible inside. Literally fresher outside than inside (even when its 100 outside) Theres a few fans but unless you are sitting I'm front of it prepare to sweat. I figured they'd get it fixed quickly but nope. They're gonna lose alot of business with this heat in here
