Gas card readers don’t work. No cones to warn customers.No receipt paper.Help button does nothing.Get it together guys. This is near my house but I will drive further for better service.

Dude working behind the counter was told today at 11am pump 4 is leaking gas everywhere. Here i come at 3pm to get gas at pump 4 that’s not bagged or labeled out of order. There i go spending money on gas that just sprayed me, my car and the ground. So naturally im like wtf turn off the gas pump. That’s get napkins to clean myself and my car since gas ruins paint job especially on my Mercedes, oh wait no napkins outside at all to clean my car. So inside i ask the employee i get napkins, awesome thank you dude. Now your pump is broken, he said i know i was told by a customer earlier. He said look i show you text i sent to the owner. And he shows me the text from 11am. Ok so you’re tell me you were aware of this highly dangerous malfunctioning pump but did nothing???! Well ma’am i text the owner he is aware! Ok does the owner even live here? Nope. I told him i wanted a refund. All my gas on the ground, my vehicle and myself. The employee refused. So i said call that owner you text and tell him you have a highly upset customer who is covered in gas from a pump you refused to cover so avoid this situation. Well the owner ended up telling him only give her $5!!! Like really! He wouldn’t even let me talk to the owner. Never again will i get gas here due to this idiotic mistake or lack of training when working at a store in texas or America.

This gas station is very convenient to my location; however some of the cashiers are rude. In particular the Indian(just my guess)ones. There’s an older Indian man that always has a scowl on his face and never greets the customers. If it weren’t for your patrons, then you would be out of a job. You may want to be more customer friendly. Keep in mind that you have close competitors in the vicinity.

This gas station is very convenient to my location; however some of the cashiers are rude. In particular the Indian(just my guess)ones. There’s an older Indian man that always has a scowl on his face and never greets the customers. If it weren’t for your patrons, then you would be out of a job. You may want to be more customer friendly. Keep in mind that you have close competitors in the vicinity.

Employees there are so awesome and helpful!! I don't go anywhere else since it opened. Especially the ladies that work there they are awesome!

Most of the employees are nice, some are really rude though. A lot of the employees don't wear masks either.

Cashier is really rude. Everytime i go in there and she is working very rude. Shorted me $ 5 dollars and when i told her she told me to get to the back of the line. How many others has she shorted before

English is my first language however I was speaking in Spanish with a friend when I walked into the store. And one of the employees there was being discriminative because of this and was very rude to me would not come back to the store again
