If you want the best of everything, this is the place. I have a 1986 K5 Blazer with the 6.2L Detroit Diesel. Wanting my money to stay local I called around to a few shops. Big Moe Starters and Alternators answered all of my questions with no fuss. They custom built me a brand new starter with all American made parts. I finally had the time to install the starter. The old K5 started right away on the first bump of the key. You could absolutely tell a difference in how fast this one spun the motor vs the one that went bad on me. I will definitely be back for all my starter and alternator needs. Their prices, craftsmanship and customer service are top of the line. Great job everyone.

I lost my long time starter rebuilder and kind of gave up finding a new one. Then my truck alternator went out and I just didn’t want a parts house product when I had an OEM part. I wanted it rebuilt. So, I found this place, and gave them a ring. Everything from the first phone call to picking up my rebuilt alternator was great! They took my part in after noon and it was ready to pick up the next day. That’s FAST. They gave me a worst case price, which was what I expected it would be due to miles. The price was what they said it would be. They were up front about it and incredibly knowledgeable about both new, old, and antique parts. I highly recommend Big Moe. They will get you fixed up!

Great customer service, super fast repair time, and excellent finished product. I brought my 70 year old jeep starter into Big Moe's in a box, Completely disassembled, they had it back to me in less than a week looking and working like new! Well worth the drive down from the Austin area.

I called Big Moe and spoke to a salesman.. unfortunately they could not help me because the vehicle I have is a foreign car.. as I was telling them my issue he put me on hold and it's going to get another competitor to help me with my issue.. it blew me away because That's the kind of customer service that we don't see nowadays.. The guys were very professional and try to help me as much as they could.. if there was 10 stars I would give all 10 stars to them..

As an over the road truck driver, time is money. I was have a starter issue with my APU and need a resolution quick before I left town the same day. These guys went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. My application was a very uncommon starter and they said if I don’t have a replacement I can rebuild it while you wait. Price was better than online ordering I highly recommend you call these guys before any other option. Let’s keep small private business going.

Chrysler 200 2013I took my alternator cause it was making a loud squeaky noise and it was losing power to battery. They fixed it within 2hrs. Works like brand new. I highly recommend. I took it 11/23 and I still haven't had no problems. Thank you again!
