Bought a recliner that broke within one month. Took it back and returned it after too much hassle from employees. Female employee even asked me after I showed her part that broken off, if "I tried to fix it." All this after having to pay someone first to deliver it and second pay again to return it. I am 64 year old who suffered a stroke and not in best condition health wise. Never, shopping nor recommending this store again.

Went to big lots today 2/6/24 at 730pm and the security guard at the door said they closed at 7pm when the hours online says Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm. They should definitely update their hours online.

It's just not a very clean or organized store. It doesn't help that you get bothered by all the people outside who want money from you and watch what you're putting in your car. Security, especially the younger kid, doesn't pay attention much.
