I went there for months buying 2 vapes every week about a year ago, and no matter what, one if not both (esco bars) were faulty and when I asked if I could swap one out one time, the gentleman behind the counter put my vape in his mouth and hit it like we aren't strangers and covid didn't happen. So today I tried to give them another chance since it's been about a year, and a different man did the same thing after I opened a brand new escobar and told him it smelled and tasted faulty. I'm not trying to be difficult but I find it absolutely disgusting "professionals" would be willing to put their mouth on someone else's item without asking. I have a weak immune system and find that incredibly unprofessional, unhygienic, and inconsiderate to people who might have medical issues.
