they said they my insurance denied my claim but my insurance company shows no claim never filed. spoke w/Mario at Bexar Care and he said to call Insurance and have three way call and when I did that he told insurance agent he did what what he was he did and was not going to call or talk to anyone and hung up the phone. WORST place ever and should be closed down. ripping people off and no one is doing anything about it.

Adan walked me through the CPAP process step by step. Very methodically. He covered the important metrics such as leaks, AHI and air flow. He has then followed up via phone call on three occasions. Great service.Jesus

When I looked at this stores rating I was very leary of going there. What I found was a young lady that was very helpful. The store I found to be very crowded with equipment. All those that I had contact with were friendly. I purchased a walker that better fit me, but it was only one of two they had that would. It would be better if there was a larger selection.

Still waiting for a hospital bed for my mother, I call to inquire why is taking to long and a male employee told me that if I didn't like the service they are providing me to take my business somewhere else.I think this is NO way to conduct business and threat your customers, on the meantime my mother still waiting for her bed and sleeping on a sofa...

These people are not square dealers. Their name should be Bexar DOESN'T Care. My mom has gone immobile and needs a wheelchair. Her insurance referred her to this horrible place. My husband went and picked up the chair. We later found out that the company was supposed to deliver it. We sat my mom in the chair, realized it was too small, and put her back in bed. Never even rolled the chair once. I called, told them the chair was still in new condition, and asked if we could bring the chair back and get a bigger chair, paying the difference between what insurance would pay and the full cost. I was told that the insurance company had to request the change. I was also told the insurance company wouldn't pay for a larger chair unless my mom weighs 300 lbs, which she does not. So, I called the insurance company. The woman at the insurance company asked, "Didn't they come out and measure her?" Uh, no. She called Bexar Care, and was told we couldn't exchange the chair because it had been eight days and the warranty is only good for seven days. He couldn't use the 300 lbs limit with the insurance company, so he came up with a new lie. Weary of dealing with that fool, I dropped it, and we now own an unusable wheelchair. I've had people who know I take care of my mom ask me where to get walkers, bedside commodes, etc. I tell them anywhere except Bexar Care. We will get my mom a chair that fits, but it DEFINITELY will not be from Bexar Care.

Mr Trevino our technician was very thorough in the explanation and answered all our questions. I feel comfortable just picking up the phone to address any concerns.
