We were the first customers to walk into the store as soon as the owner opened. She started to attend all other who walked in after. Until after 2 hours we finally decided to leave. The lady got upset when we left but what were we supposed to do after standing there for 2 hours.

I loved the dresses here and the staff are really nice. I booked and appointment and Alejandra (staff member) did an amazing job at helping me fine a dress making it fun and finding me the perfect dress first try!!

Bad treatment and not friendly, very despotic
Yesterday I bought something and their collection service showed that my card was not passed and my bank said that if it passed I would pay them in cash and they did not help me solve the problem they only wanted me to solve it like that so we do not recommend them just the star is waiting for comments

Bad customer treatment
They did not want to return a dress that could not be fixed to my wife's liking.
Very expensive, they also didn't want to give the difference to change to another cheaper dress, terrible, terrible.

We were looking for a dress for my daughter's sweet 16 . The two ladies were not rude but not really nice either . She helped her try on two dresses and the dress was low quality to be priced at $700 . We left and found her dress down the street at a bridal store . My daughter actually found the $700 dress on Amazon for $150 .

We needed a dress for my granddaughter's baptism.We went to Betty's on Military. Maria was very kind to show us some dresses we also tried some on. My granddaughter look beautiful on her wonderful day she looked like a doll.

Walked in to look for quince dresses for my niece with the intention of buying one and they let us try on one dress and then told us to go try on wherever else in San Antonio and come Back and buy there’s if we want it. They are rude and don’t want to do their job.

Went to BUY a dress for my granddaughter. They wanted a deposit just to see if the size we needed was available. We loved the dress and if available in her size we would have bought it right there and then but no thank you because if the size was not available we would have been out of the deposit. Also changed the price from what was on the dress tag. They spoken in Spanish thinking my daughter didn't understand and were very rude.

Worst experience ever, I took my daughters to go dress shopping and 1 of my daughter is paralyzed and she grab a dress to show me and the sales women yank it out of her hands and said it still too early for trying on dresses. One of the sales lady rude, telling you what to do and telling you what you can or can not do. I don’t recommend anyone coming and shopping here.
