*not a customer* I had car troubles and had to pull into their driveway. My help and I wanted to move the vehicle from blocking the driveway for customers while we tried to find a way to deal with the problem. The owner saw us on the camera and decided to show up and tell us it wasn't a problem, but also give some assistance. A huge relief and act of kindness. Such an appreciated act

They have a waiting list! Doesn't everybody? Some storage places make you call back every month. Great staff. Clean, easy to access facility. The owner is particularly helpful. We were supposed to make an appointment (oops!) to set up our first month. Both he and the manager worked us in and made it all work out. Great roomy storage for our trailer and we can get in and out without fear of knocking off our awning!

The best storage facility in South Texas! Secure, neat and tidy, and the staff is very prompt in addressing any issues you might have with your storage. I store a boat and travel trailer at Bettis and could not be happier.

I am so glad I found this place. We store our travel trailer and boat at this place. My boat is a little older, so it's nice to be able to keep my stuff all enclosed AND work in the shade. The site is secure and easy to get in and out of. Prices for these enclosed units are better than what I was quoted for covered spaces elsewhere. My only suggestion is hurry up and build more units so that everyone can get the space they need! (They ARE building more, stay tuned!)
