I used this gas station last week, and when I pulled up to the pump, another car was also on the same side... I put in my debit card and pin and proceeded to pump my gas. Once I was finished, the attendant came out to let me know the customer behind me had told him the wrong pump and that I needed to come in and pay for my gas. I explained to the gentleman that the pump allowed me to put in my information and that this was in fact, my payment. He continued to argue with me and blame the customer behind me at the pump, and so I paid twice for my gas, which was confirmed by my bank AND he overcharged me for the gas. Mistakes are made, but the amount of rudeness and like I was the problem when I was trying to explain is the reason I took the time to write this. The attendant was SO combative and rude and blamed everyone but himself. NEVER doing business here again

The dark guy that's here in the mornings gouges the prices up. If you see him at the cashier when you go in here best believe you're gonna get scammed. Mfs be up charging here. They try to scam you here in the mornings only when the dark guy with black hair is working. I've experienced this several times already & finally caught on. I tried to buy something that wasn't the price he was actually charging me for. It sucks because I know most people at the complex across come here but man we pay a lot for rent and then the fact that we're getting scammed for simply trying to get something to drink is crazy. I went to the shell and literally got the same thing and it came out way cheaper. I couldn't believe that they're rowdy scamming there.

I have put a dollar bill under quarter machine and it ate up my dollar to keep at the register and didn't want to refund me back my money and every time I go in there to get change for the machine they always tell me they don't got no no quarters to hear me but yeah when somebody goes somebody else goes and asks they always give it to them they are always rude and very mean to me every single time

they have improved since my last post 100%i changed from 1 star to 5, thank you!store always clean and organized, prices are good and its nice to see people smile during these hard times.OUTLANDISH, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICEI've had gone here for 4 years everyday to purchase things during work or after work to take for my kids, its the only place near my job and my time is very limited only reason I continue , the shocking rude customer service from the personnel behind the register stands out every time and never fails, even when you try to be nice he still treats you like you're not welcomed there, its surprisingly interesting how he speaks to his customers and throws or slams your merchandise on the counters when he rings them up.

Some friends and I went into the Best Mart on Mission Rd yesterday afternoon to purchase bottled water. The man behind the counter told us that children over two years of age needed a mask as stated on the plastic shield in front of the counter. There was no sign indicating such and when questioned, he became very obnoxious. He took our water away from us and told us to leave. We asked him why he wasn't wearing a mask and he said, "My religion forbids it" and then again told us to get out! We will not be patronizing this "Inconvenient Store" any longer. Shocking customer service - the guy at the counter sat on his phone playing around while i stood at the counter with cash ready to pay. I had to gesture him and he dragged his heels all the while his face is glued to his phone. Terrible place, don't waist your time here, go to one of the many other gas stations in the area

I used to work here sundays as a stocker and was let go recently for demanding (Anul) my pay that he shorted me on. Also Do not buy beer or fountain drink sodas here, ice bucket used for bags of ice and fountain drinks are used to drain water from beer.(slime water) Anul is a A-hole and so is Nick the owner. (They're related) The only plus to this place was my good friend Arbaaz who's is excellent with customer service and great work ethic. I hated working here even though it was the easiest job I ever had.

There is a homeless man there who lives at the bus stop across the street. He lives under the tree. He hasnt bathed for days weeks months. The city hasnt done anything to help this man who lives by the Via bus stop across this convenient store. Cashier in morning doesnt speak to his customers is mute and rude.
