I recently purchased a computer from Best Buy, and while the product itself met my expectations, I encountered a couple of issues during the process.Lack of Assistance: When it came time to transport the large item to my car, the staff at Best Buy did not offer any assistance. My wife struggled to handle the computer on her own, which was quite inconvenient.Construction Challenges: To make matters worse, there was a significant amount of construction in the area around the store. Navigating through road closures and detours made the entire experience more frustrating.In summary, while I appreciate the quality of the product, the lack of assistance and the construction-related difficulties left me with a less-than-ideal impression of Best Buy.

Saw an item on the shelf I had preordered. I canceled my order in the app and proceeded to purchase it in the store. They refused to sell it to me because it was put out by mistake. Not my mistake, theirs.

The store isn’t bad. Not the best staff but certainly not the worst and they have some helpful people here.It’s the online same day delivery that’s a nightmare. I tracked my last 10 orders and 70% of them show “being prepared” then stall out. Typically I call the next day and they cancel it. It’s annoying but it’s relatively hassle free.Same issue yesterday. This time the customer service person refused to cancel my order and said it was being shipped today. I explained what’s happened in the past. The item was needed yesterday (why I placed the online order at 9am) and at 7pm when it was obvious it wasn’t coming I made other arrangements. Now I’ll have to drive to the store to return the item (if it even shows up today).Don’t buy things same day. You’re better off using literally anything else.

Employee's have no idea what they're talking about and trying to give advice as well as not knowing a thing about electronics , its like they built a time machine went back and hired ancient amish folk to run this place. Dudes dont know a number 2 pencil from a LG washer i swear. On a real note i think you should at least have some knowledge on at least the names of certain technologies or at least the category it falls into to work at a tech / electronics and media based store.

Anytime we need any electronics, such as large T.V,s, sound systems, and sonos. We buy it through Best Buy. We have the warranty packet, so anytime we buy something they connected it here at the house, no charge. This time we bought a 65" TV for the outdoor patio. Best Buy had a contractor Peter, deliver it, and mounted it on the outside patio wall. He was the best. So professional and down to earth. He completed the job in less than 45 minutes. Cleaned up and made sure the TV was connected through the system. You can never go wrong with Best Buy service...... 5 Star here
