Customer service rocked this out of the park came in with a broken tripod and they replaced it on the spot

They had what I wanted....but I had to find it. Employee looked on the shelf for the Turtle Beach Atlas Air headset that retails for 175, went to the back and couldn't find it. I decided to check the shelf and saw It sitting right there in plain view. I get it jobs suck but come on man....
