I always use the app to see if they have what I need/want so normally every time I come here is to pickup something or to buy something I already know they have on the store so the experience for me at this store is pretty good.

On February 26th, I purchased 2 dishwashers and 2 ranges from Best Buy. One of the dishwashers has a significant dent right at the edge of the door. I contacted Best Buy regarding this issue, and they directed me to Samsung. Best Buy is a Joke!

0% No 706$=1000$ spanish only, paper work, is what they will send you in mail.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND PREDATORY. IMO They see good credit they send you stuff you can't read and make you so frustrated with running around. You will just pay it reguardless before they do something else evil.
Even if you applied in store in english. Even after you go to the store twice to get english paperwork. the store doesn't handle that part, but they can take payments and charge accou t)
Even if paid off 6 months early. They will laugh about it only being sent in Spanish, and the automated answering won't help you much. It even thinks you're able to speak Spanish, so after hours of running around pushing random buttons, it hangs up. The only way I found my account number finally was the second time I went to the store. I was able to get the last 4 on the account. With that, I matched it to the number in the Spanish paperwork that had the same last 4. Finally, I was able to get to eventually an english speaking real person. But even they couldn't tell me why I was being charged more than the original price on the receipt, but they did see the promo under my card, which didn't end for another 6 months. They said they only process payments. Therefore, they couldn't help me with why I was being charged so much more than the original price. But they did agree it wasn't 0% then, and a fee shouldn't be that much.
DONT DO IT, IT IS PREDATORY
And no one is there to help you resolve the issue. Just take payments.
Ps still haven't received a card or anything in english, only more Spanish paperwork. At least the no balance is gone. It's been months, and many requests

I found what I needed, but only after I looked all over for it (the HDMI adaptors were mixed with iPhone stuff…?). Convenient location, but the store was kind of bare and the service wasn’t great.
