I can’t recommend Bert Gene Brown Transmission enough! They were incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car in simple terms and provided me options on how to fix my problem. The repair they did was completed quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find a mechanic who truly cares about their customers and provides such high-quality service. I’ll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs.

I'm always leery of automotive shops until they prove themselves, so I asked to see the transmission disassembled and shown any problems they found. I also asked for the old parts. Tony was completely ok with both. I went in and their tech showed me every problem, explained everything he was going to replace, the nature of replacement parts that would be superior to the original. I'm pretty knowledgeable about cars and there was no BS in his explanation. When it was all done I got a box of replacement parts that I recognized as the defective parts I had been shown. Car has been driving with no transmission issues for close to a month.

Had my transmission rebuilt. They did a good price and a great job. Really satisfied, running smooth and great. Definitely recommend them.

I gotta say that I’m truly grateful for Bert’s services on getting my truck back up running. My transmission had started having issues, gave them a call got everything straightened out and sure enough they took care of it as their own. Also gotta say they have one of the best customer service where they make u feel as a known friend, and not just another paycheck to them.

They fixed the transmission of my car TOYOTA COROLLA 2014. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM AT ALL. They are very professional and responsible.
My Toyota Corolla car had a ruined transmission and they replaced it and gave me a good warranty.

Great work!! Bert's Gene Brown Transmission did a hell of a job on my 1995 GMC truck. They did more than what I expected. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Provided me with what was wrong, did not charge me for the diagnosis. My truck is running smooth and the transmission works great. I highly recommend Bert's Gene Brown Transmission.

This is the second time that I feel compelled to review the work done on my car, at Bert Ayala’s Gene Brown Transmission. Bert’s garage is about a 40 minute drive from my house so, against my better judgment, I decided to get an estimate from one of his well known competitors. The analysis at my local garage was that I needed a new alternator and battery. I thanked them for their analysis and then I called Bert with the symptoms of my car. He listened carefully then said, “I don’t think it’s the alternator. If it was, you wouldn’t be able to drive the car to my shop.” Long story short, Burt replaced my battery at a reasonable cost and sent me on my merry way. There are not enough adjectives in the English language to sing Bert’s praises. I recommend this honest man and his crew without any hesitation or reservation. Next time I won’t waste my time. I’ll go straight to Bert Ayala’s Gene Brown Transmission with my car problems.
