Horrible, unprofessional business and disgusting human behavior!!! I ordered the 1st pic, but the 2nd pic is what was delivered? When I complained they came and picked it up in the middle of the viewing. Save your money and invest with another flower shop that will not take advantage of, or disrespect the grieving.?

Went here with my friend…pulled up to the store and there was lights on. The open sign was not on and when I called no one had answered the phone. Since there was lights on my friend went up to the door, she made eye contact with someone inside and they turned off lights and ignored her at the door.

I have a go to florist, but in this instance they didn't deliver to where I needed. I saw the reviews for Bertha's and took a chance. The flowers were stunning the arrangement was perfect. I was so pleased and will continue to order from Bertha's when ever possible.

Ordered online and ahead of time. The day I went to pick up the shop was closed but they had a number to reach and they came within 10 mins. Flowers we’re beautiful and she was so sweet on the phone.

Bertha's Flowers went above and beyond my expectations. I called last minute for flowers and they came through. The owner was so friendly and understanding. She made sure I was pleased with their work, and I was gratefully. The arrangement was beautiful!! Thank you so much Alicia!!!!
