Employees were very rude and refused to help me when I asked. They over filled one gas tank and under filled one. They failed to help when I asked since my gas tank was leaking. Employees went as far as shouting and flipping me out. Don’t recommend, won’t be coming back

We've been using their propane service for several years now and they're extremely dependable, their prices are nearly unbeatable, and have excellent customer service. If you ever need propane or any other services that they offer, don't hesitate because they will take very good care of you.

They do not show a ZERO STAR rating or I would have used that instead of a ONE! We have been a Hydrogas customer for over 20 years and the service has been marginal, at best. The people that answer the telephone act like they could care less whether we EVER get our tank serviced, but in the past we have gotten a delivery within a day or so. LAST THURSDAY, we requested a delivery and were told it would be Wednesday of the next week. TODAY is Wednesday afternoon and no truck. We call to make sure they were coming and whoever answered the phone basically said they were behind and they would get to us when they could. Possibly today, possibly tomorrow.Just got a call from Bell and they are now informing me that they did not have my name on the list for the Wednesday delivery at all. They admit that it is their fault but not willing to make it right. This is the worst service that our family has EVER received from any company. The problem now is that it will cost upwards of $2000 to change to another provider...

Great customer service. Bell Hydrogas has been in the business for many many years they will do anything and everything they can to get you your gas or get you a tank set. Give either San Antonio or the Boerne office a call and they'll get you propane. They have a fall feel special in August they do it every year $.10 off a gallon

We have been with them as our propane provider for over 20 years and it is THE WORST company to deal with EVER! Now taking a week to get propane and then they admit they forgot to even put us on the delivery list. If it didn't cost $2000 to change to another company, we would be long gone!!

We went Wednesday 02/17/2020. And there was no service to help the people without light and water...my family was in desperate need of propane to feed them..and a green truck from the side gate pulled out and said no not open...He one of the man's that fills up the tanks....desperate no food in the store I had to deal with no propane.

I just want to say Thank you so much for assisting all those in need during this time. I stood in line at another location for 2 hours when the company closed at 5pm and told everyone in line they will resume in the morning. I luckily drove down Military and spotted this location and they stayed open to take care of every last customer despite their hours of business. Great customer service!!! Compassionate employees!! Thank you so much for your service and Time during this horrible circumstances! This is the type of company and service I will recommend and refer my family and friends to moving forward!! Thank you for all you do for our community!
