When your Lazy Boy needs restuffing LB won't di it. I texted Becker and sent them a picture. In 24 they gave me a quote. I agrees and they came and picked up the chair. In a week they returned the chair in a week.Good work and nice staff

We sent Becker an oversized chair and sofa with busted springs. They did a fantastic job on the repairs and also replaced the foam in the cushions. The furniture doesn’t just feel as good as new, it feels better than new!Jennifer was always friendly and helpful when we talked and helped make this a pleasant experience. Highly recommend Becker. My only issue is that I have to keep their contact info hidden from my wife. Otherwise, I will half my furniture there getting refinished or reupholstered. :-)

My husband inherited his grandmother’s favorite rocking chair, much beloved but in pretty bad shape. It took some time, but the results are amazing. The chair looks and feels brand new, and will be ready for our grandchildren to inherit and love.

Five-star experience and five-star craftmanship. Jennifer was a joy and pleasure to work with. She was able to assist me in finding a fabric that I liked and even though it was on backorder she kept me updated throughout the process. When I received the cushions with the new fabric upholstered onto my chair it was exactly how I envisioned it. My old small recliner was really looking ratty and the cushion was gone too. The frame and mechanism worked and I had grown attached to it so I brought it to Becker. It took a few months but it was ready when they predicted. It was a worn out torn up dark green faux leather and now it is so plush and beautiful. No need for cushions! I picked a flowery fabric to make it stand out. I thought it might be too loud, but it works! They did a thorough job inside and out, even under the leg rest. It is so cute and I am thrilled to have it back and so beautiful! Thank-you, Becker❤️An update, we have had this chair back about 1 month and she still is as cushy and beautiful as the day we brought her home.
