I walked in to H-E-B and bumped in to this place. The associate was so nice she did my eye brows and face with the thread. I also got an eyelash perm. Now I feel good being el natural most definitely recommend. I put up before and after

Whatever you do DO NOT GET EYELASH PERM!!! It was painful and when the treatment will go inside my eye it would BURN so much and I was blamed for it because I blinked too much. All while they were pressing down my eyeball. Then I was told to stop tearing up or it won’t work. How is it my fault? My eyeballs is being pressed down and the treatment is going inside? I was annoyed but I was already there with my eyelashes stuck to whatever they applied to my eyelid. Then they tell me treatment only takes 25 min. I told them I had my daughter and husband in the car so I was convinced they wouldnt take long. Took 1 HR and 45 min!! Then when I was finally going to pay they gave me a gel that telling me I must apply it every other day. I thought this was part of the kit but no they added 15 dlls to my charge for it. Infuriated because the gel super cheap anywhere else. They didn’t even offer if I wanted it they just added it because they felt like it. Then when I finally saw my eyelashes they are freaking glued to my eyelids!!! My whole family have kept asking if I chopped off my eyelashes because you can’t even see them. Ugh this was the worst experience of my life. If there is any such thing as a positive outcome from this experience it will be for you to AVOID this service at all cost!!

She gave me a different eyebrows , not the same length , not the same shape. She might be able to do it better if she could stop talking with her daughter when she was working on my eyebrow. Very sad, she did tint on it, it will last at least 2 weeks.

I got different length eyebrow after she did wax and tint . She may be able to do it better with more focus but she kept talking with her daughter she was doing my eyebrow wax. So sad. There is 2 weeks left to be my daughter birthday party.

I'm so upset with my last visit. My eyebrows are so uneven, and I didn't notice for a few days because I got eyebrow tinting done at the same time. Now I understand why she was so pushy about tinting. I don't think I will be returning to this location now.

I like their service I just don’t like when they force threading on me and I like to do wax and after they force it on me when they do it I don’t feel like there any hair is getting taking out of my face because wax already took it so I don’t see the point. I tried different place but they all do the sameService: Waxing
