I went there for eyebrow and face waxing. For the first time, I felt the waxing was very painful and I was feeling burning sensation all over the face. After coming home I realized my chin and cheek has burns as a result I am literally hiding my face. I feel it was very unprofessional to not let me know what had happened.

I've gotten an eyebrow clean up here a few times and the service is okay. Came today to get a clean up and the door is locked and the phone is disconnected. Although they have a flashing Open sign and the hours on the door says open til 7pm...it's 5:30pm and doors locked and phone number is not working. Disappointed as driving through traffic to get here was not fun and now no service avail. Maybe they closed down??

This place has gone downhill. This was my go to place but I will no longer be using their services. The current lady always has one and/or two of her kids with her. I get it, some of us mom's need to take our kids to work. But when you let your kids trash the place and leave food all over MANY flies start to accumulate within the establishment. This makes your business seem unsanitary and then on top of that your employee isn't sanitizing her hands between clients. Pandemic or not this should be a requirement!Service: Eyebrow threading
