Michelle cancelled on me the day of a wedding, I arrived at the time of my appointment & I called her & sent her a text, there was no answer. I called her about 7 times & phone would go straight to voicemail. I waited for a while & tried to keep calm as I knew there was a lot of traffic out there. However, she never answered, BUT she did text one of her coworkers. Her coworker proceeded on telling her I was waiting for her & all she replied was “I can’t work today”. I understand things happen unexpectedly, but I would have appreciated if she would have acted as the adult that she is, and communicated with me on telling me she wasn’t going to make it. At least maybe apologizing. It’s been about 4 days & never heard a word from her.Don’t rely on her if you have something important.Not to mention I had confirmed with her that week about that day & she had agreedService: Makeup services

Horrible experience for my sisters wedding.-During the makeup trial that my sister paid $200 for she was constantly answering and talking on her phone. Very unprofessional.- Personally hated my makeup, she made me look like a drag queen. I specifically asked for natural makeup and even my fiancé said I looked like black swan…-She arrived at 12pm for a 6pm wedding to do 5 girls makeup. She didn’t manage her time well (talking to bridesmaids) and my sister the bride was not done until 6:30, making her late for her wedding.- She brought a separate lady to help with hair who had to leave to pick up her kids. While she was doing my makeup she was bold enough to tell me “people who have weekday weddings just don’t understand we still have to pick up our kids”- When you’re paying thousands of dollars for a vendor, I think it’s fair to assume a vendor would have personal arrangements made for something planned well in advance.Would not recommend for such an important day.

Initially I scheduled bridal hair and makeup with Michelle based on a recommendation from a friend who used her when she got married. One week before my wedding, a bridesmaid wanted to get hers done as well. Michelle said we could add her to the appointment no problem and that she could come at the same time because she’d have someone helping her. I highly recommend these ladies! They had my girls & I looking phenomenal for my wedding. We all had different hair styles and makeup ideas - they knocked all of them out of the park! All of the girls were impressed with their hair & makeup!

This place is horrible. They don't care about taking care or customers. I had to cancel my apt with the wedding I was in because I came back positive for COVID. I sent in the letter and only response I got was a to bad hope you feel better. No money back and would rather I go in while still being positive to get my hair and makeup done so I can get my moneys worth. Like ok yeah, let's spread COVID around more. That sounds smart. I did my part of staying away as a healthcare worker and couldn't get my money back. Don't go here. You might be getting Covid from them since they were still willing to do my hair and makeup with the same tool and products they use on everyone else. Have been reported to the Texas board of cosmetology.

Michelle and the girls at beauty concepts are by far the most talented make up artist in San Antonio, we have use their services several times (businesses photo shoots , weddings etc ) and their work is always flawless. The girls are Super professional and puntual. Highly recommend this place.

As a military member an official photo that goes before the board is impactful. The government lighting isn't forgiving. I opt to get hair and makeup for this photo. Michelle was patient and professional. I say patient because I was late trying to find her location. GPS wasn't accurate and the signage was not visible from the highway. The makeup had to look "natural " and not take away from the uniform. She complied and the results were spectacular! My co-workers complimented and my photo turned out great! Highly recommend this talented young lady!
