I want to give a zero start but I can’t. This is a complaint I wanted PNC to be aware of. I specifically talked to an employee name Shelby. This person was rude after I advise him that I needed documents printed and signed and notarized. He quoted yes I could help you with that. Once he reviewed my documents. He said he could not print them or help me. And he clearly said he could help me with printing them out and notarizing documents. I really don’t appreciate lying and wasting my time. I hope this message reaches to the right person who needs to take care of this situation. Blanco branch is unprofessional.

RUN! PNC is absolutely the worst bank I have ever banked with in 21 years. I was with BBVA which I loved, then PNC took over. The first problem should have been my sign...they were charging a monthly service fee on my child's young savers account for months before I realized.
After confronted they never reimbursed. Then I opened a couple accounts which they said would be free if I maintained over $5000. A few months later they started charging me $25 a month. When I called they said it would be refunded, but never refunded it. I asked for a manager but never heard back. The next time I called they said the money wasn't in the right account for the free services.
I will see if I hear from a manager but will be looking to change banks in the next week!

I've been trying to call this bank for 2 weeks their voicemail is full and they never returned calls when you do.

Terrible service - made appointment to do turn-over signature cards, arrived to be told that the manager I had made the appointment with had done nothing to accomplish the turn over. Must return for a follow up visit - totally unprofessional conduct.

We went to open a checking account @PNC which is located at Blanco and Huebner and we wait there to speak with someone. Unfortunately no one did help us. Also we were the only customer that was looking for a service.I don't recommend any one to go there.VERY BAD COUSTOMER SERVICE

They have good indications and apart from this, they don't take money from us. Desi, the account has no balance and I'm very comfortable with that bank and now this one, you just have to continue and apart from that, the people who serve you are very kind and courteous

Very rude account service representative by the name of Lu. Everyone looks miserable but this woman in particular is not afraid to show her misery on her face and by her actions. Has zero customer service skills, makes you feel like she is somehow doing YOU a favor, yet it’s because of the customers that she is employed. She is the unfriendliest customer service representative I have come across in a very long time. Good luck PNC opening accounts at this branch, your people are not happy to be there and it shows.

This has got to be the WORST bank I’ve ever used in my 5 decades of financial transactions. The incompetence from IT, account reps and overall operations since it acquired BBVA is beyond evident. Talking to anyone at this business is like living in an alternate universe where they tell you “oh, we did that” but they didn’t. I give it one star because -5 is not an option. Another reason not to bank here? It’s more than 70% owned by the Chinese government. Bye bye PNC, where customer satisfaction is a foreign concept.

I have had a horrific experience since PNC has purchased BBVA. I was given wrong routing number and my payments were retuned NSF. I am still trying to straighten out this debauchle.

It’s 3:20 had 3:00 appt to sign one doc… third time here to open acct because they can’t wire drafts to my account elsewhere! Seriously! They can only deposit to acct within their system??♀️
