I've been banking here for some time now and love the customer service I receive every time. John and Gloria are always friendly and attentive making me feel welcomed. I usually get my documents notarized here as it's a great service PNC offers it's customers. Most recently Shyanne branch manager has helped me as well and she is just so sweet and very helpful. Highly recommend this PNC branch for all your banking needs.

All the PNC Banks I go to are very good that this one in particular was very bad the guy in there that waited on me was very prejudiced I never ever had to use two or three I do Deeds just to get banking done he was rude he was ugly he never smiled until the next person came in and I stood back and watched and he did not ask any of that for him I was highly disappointed in this Bank

NOT the people who work there BUT he headquarters on Pittsburgh customer service is horrible, hold time is like 30 minutes and then they can't do anything ... Same ol You have to log on and do it yourself.....THEN WHAT ARE YOU FOR.

This bank has now changed hands three times. The first two times my account information remained the same and this last time, everything changed, to include the good customer service which we received. It is now PNC Bank and the vibe is less personal and local and is now more distant and unfriendly. I closed my account today because I have no reason ti bank here any longer. I gave it 3 stars based on past interactions and customer service. Today would be one star at best.

I have never had issues with this bank but I waited for almost 45 minutes just to make two deposits. The lady at the window told me she was working on another transaction. Meanwhile, I had numerous of cars behind me who were yelling and were just as frustrated as I was. I understand you have other things to do and take care of, but at least update me or tell me to go inside rather than make me wait for 45 minutes. Ridiculous.

I have been inside this branch twice. First, the layout is outdated. I'm surprised at how little privacy you have when opening up either a personal or business account. The personal account representative is very helpful but not the business account representative. Second, you can sense that the business account rep just wants to open your account and do the minimal work. I wanted to give BBVA another chance to sell me on their accounts, so I visited the 5 star DeZavala branch. There, they were much more helpful and acknowledged your privacy better. It's worth the extra distance to get better business account service at the DeZavala branch.

I moved out of state and had to switch banks, but the staff help me remotely over the phone dealing with accounts that have been closed for years. They were very helpful with great customer service.
