Cant deposit and retire money a Lot of time in this bank, You shouldnt be a bank if You cant just do a basic movements of money

This is the worst bank in the world. It took them over 5 months to clear a check I deposited so that I could actually use the funds. Now it is only 6 days of me being able to use the money from my account and now a hold has been put on the account by some random branch manager claiming fraud on the account. I’ve been on the phone now for 1 1/2hrs and still have got nothing resolved. There is over 30k of my money that I can not touch all because some random branch manager put a hold on my account.

STAY AWAY from PNC if youre looking for a 2nd chance bankI never even banked with PNC or BBVA, w/e PNC used to be, so I dont know why i got denied if I never even had a 1st chance.Even prior to visiting this location, I applied online, completed their "money management course" (just incase), & called them to disclose that I was an Identity Theft victim awhile back w/ a credit union.PNC assured me I was approved, which turned out to be a lie when I visited.Save your credit score & try Woodforest, a REAL 2nd chance bank

I tried to find out more about the bank since the change over from BBVA banking. I called the new name on the bank PNC , send them a message on my computer no response, no feedback, phone their branch at several locations and phone rang and rang. I finally went into the bank. Walked up to the teller and no one was behind the counter, three people had walked out and was wondering why? I asked a gentleman sitting with a customer and asked him for some assistance and he informed me that the teller was in the back and to wait. I waited 15 minute, and finally walked over to the bank manager (she told me she was) behind her closed door (she had never looked up or acknowledge me, she was on her cell sitting next to her computer, looked like no worries, no sense of urgency, just there sitting.. I tapped on the door and I opened her door and told her I been waiting for at least 15 minutes and if she could help me. She being the manager informed me that she was busy and proceeded to tell me what she was doing and I gently closed the door wend back in line (by this time 5 other people had come and gone.... had already walked back and I was left alone by the teller counter. I finally just walked out and no one acknowledged me or looked up. Wow! banking has really changed. I am closing hmm! I guess my big account.

Everytime I come here for Business Banking I have to wait about 45 minutes and No banker ever helpsThen I have to drive to the other location which is 25 minute away from my work location to get stuff done

Just closed my account. Bank is always super busy so I am take my money somewhere else....oh! yes, this person is always busy, when I approached him he was on the phone, his eyes closed, never saw me trying to inquirie about my account... to busy at something too! Lobby was booming with people and had to wait. (3 people in lobby).

The automatic telephone system either aborts the phone call or never will cotact with the Bank´s person that is in charge of oersonally answering the customer's questions or requests. The conversion of the bank was a failure, I will give PNC zero star but unfortunately the scoring system starts with an impossible one star. 0 star. Fire the Manager of the Communications systems.
