The truth is that I do not recommend it at all. Very bad service, I think that the people who work there are not trained, Mrs. Sara, the supervisor, did not serve her in a worse way. My person wanted to open a bank account and she ignored us.
Very bad experience, I don't understand how those people have them working there so I didn't give any stars

this is the Worse pnc bank I been to. the lady I nelieve her name was Laura likes to contradict you n argue with you instead of giving you great customer service. might have to cancel my account. they can learn something from the pnc branch on NE 410 they know how to treat people.

This location has been my go to bank for years now. Employees are always helpful and on point, super polite and kind. There are other branches closer to me but the people is what I come back for.

I always go inside to do whatever banking needs to be done and have a certain teller that I go to that takes care of all banking needs. Whenever that teller is not there, I go to another teller that does it. But prefer MY teller because she knows exactly what I need.

Every time I go get money they always take a long time and not only that .. but since I don’t pull money out a lot this man thought it wasn’t my account because I only have money I save in my account .. how can you question my account even tho I give you to forms of id? Oh and I didn’t get a receipt summary of my account but you had me wait 15 minutes. Then had a attitude because I asked for one

Stay away!!! I go to deposit my check and they say my funds won't be available until the next day. I was never satisfied with BBVA. Now this. PNC lost my business today.

BBVA was so much better. You can't deposit cash at the atm at this bank. It's such an inconvenience to have to walk in and wait in line to deposit cash with the tellers. When you call to try to talk to someone, you get an automated voice saying something about accessing your voicemail then it hangs up on you.

Been with PNC for one whole month and it has been the worst experience. Funds taken out of my account, problems with mobile deposit, and every time I go the wait is so long and in the end they can’t seem to fix anything!! They took $375 from my account and can’t seem to be able to give me an answer except “sometimes fraud happens”

Don’t waste your time or money. Awful service.Came to withdraw cash from my USAA debit card/checking account. USAA told me I could go to any bank. I came here because it was close by. They started the process of retrieving the funds but then a manager said they couldn’t do it because I didn’t have an account or profile with them. Total bogus. And guess what, they canceled out my limit that I had requested USAA to authorize, so when I went to another bank, they could t process the withdrawal.A guy in line behind me said he had money in a savings account and never saw any interest.
