The customer service at this location is hit or miss here. I doubt that I'll be visiting again. There are other places (with amazing customers service) that sells great smelling candles for the fraction of BBW's price. Nevertheless, I love certain 3-wick candles scents and buy a few each year.

This was only my second time here. The people are very excited and helpful. I will come here again, but only when I need gifts for my wife or friends.
