Had my order ready, purchased more hand sanitizers, and had a quick and speedy check out for both my puck up and in store purchase. Also, amazing sales were going on. I was able to buy a 3 Wick Candle Ocean scent for my uncle for Father's Day on sale for 10$. It was a very nice size too.

I did an online order prior to coming to the store for $130. I came to this location, which is the closest, a 30-minute drive away.
When I arrived, no one greeted us, even though there were two associates stocking. Right after us, two couples walked in and were instantly greeted and asked if they needed a basket.
We spent about 20 minutes smelling scents and filling our basket that we grabbed ourselves. The whole time, NO HELP.
When we went to check out, we were second in line. Suddenly, the associate who had been at the front and never talked to us ran up and said, "I got them, I got them." I was confused. Why? The whole time she didn’t care to assist us. I’m assuming they work off commission and she just wanted to get credit for our sale despite the horrible experience. Her name was, I believe, Adrina, and she needs a lesson on how to provide great guest service.
Wild that more than $200 was spent and that is the level of service received. Get better.

Desiree and Yvonne are the most inconsiderate and disrespectful employees I’ve came across at this location since I’ve moved to Alamo heights. I have been coming here for years and never had a problem until today. I came to do a return and was given a hard time. I then decided to just keep the items and this is what was returned. Lipgloss inside my hand sanitizer, Most unprofessional employees.

Great selection of bath and body works products, employees are friendly... It's a smaller store it seems, but all in all it's a good store.

I love it here! I went in just to look and get ideas and walk out with a bag of goodies ?jus to let u kno most of there merch are in stock the staff is friendly and very helpful...over all my experience was wonderful ??

I had an absolutely horrible experience. If you’re shopping at this bath and body work I suggest you DONT check out with Yvonne. She made me feel disrespected and embarrassed of my financial situation. This situation was very ridiculous and unnecessary.

So far this bath & body has been the best yet!Customer service was excellent!Only one issue, it was that the thousand wishes candle I was looking for as a Christmas gift they did not have, they said it could only be ordered online, but online it cost almost three times the amount that I could pay for it in the store....
