Disgusting is the appropriate word to use to describe Bassett San Antonio. Not only is the product massively overpriced and horribly made, but the customer service and sales staff are terrible. Sales Representative, "R," not only lied during the closing of a sale, but also fraudulently described the sales documentation during sales finalization. Per the office the Texas Attorney General, listed in both Business & Commerce Code: sections 17.47, 17,58, 17.60, and 1761; along with the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), it is a crime to intentionally mislead or deceptively lead a customer to purchase a product. Per the Texas Attorney General's office, these damages are eligible for suit.
If you intend to purchase anything from this customer-service-less organization, do yourself a favor and read each line of the fine print. Your rep will do anything to close the deal, including committing LEGITIMATE CRIMES, to earn their piece.
Not only will we never purchase from here again, but we'll be sure to share this factual information with all of our friends, neighbors, and everyone else we can!

We worked with Audrey to redesign our whole living space. We would never categorize ourselves as quick decision makers, so we greatly appreciated her patience as we talked ourselves in and out of things. We desperately needed design assistance, so when she offered it we jumped at the chance. We can easily see ourselves going back for more help.

I bought a reading lamp, and they told me that they didn't have it in stock at the store, so they had to send it to me via USPS. It has been three weeks now, and I haven't even received the tracking number, and I can't cancel until I receive the item. Please don't buy here. The sellers are excellent, but the delivery and post-sales system is a disaster.

Walked into Bassett, knowing that I wanted to buy a sofa for my media room. Amy helped me pick the perfect sofa. We worked on the comfort level and also the fabric color. Found an ottoman and looked at fabric swatches. We found a color and pattern that will look great in my media room. Excited for my new sofa and ottoman.

We visited Bassett Home Furnishings at La Cantera. We were greeted by Mr.Roger Gibbs.
Roger is very nice and very helpful design consultant. What I like about him is that he asks a lot of questions to try and find out your own personal design style and only then he starts making suggestions.
While looking at pillows he did mention that if I didn’t find what I wanted in the showroom they can customize, which is great. He also mentioned that it would be great if we could get him the measurements of our sofa so he can better assist us with tables that would complement our sofa.
Overall we were very impressed with the outstanding customer service and best staged showrooms. Bassett Home Furnishings is on point!!!

Well they have nice stuff for sure but purchased a bedroom set from them and if something happens to an item with wear and tear after a year they won’t help you what so ever even tho you are willing pay for the repair and send it to them. Don’t spend $1500 on a chair here then they will tell you to go to a local store to fix it instead of them.

Roger is amazing to work with! This is our second full set of custom furniture made by Bassett and working with him. He's guided us on both of our homes! We're very excited to get our latest addition to our most recent home. Highly recommend Roger and Bassett. We won't go anywhere else because of his expertise and service!
