Mr Mark came by to give us an estimate and was very honest and kind. He gave us his honest opinion about our current carpet quality and gave us multiple options we could go about redoing our carpet/tiles without breaking the bank. Great store with a huge selection and affordable prices. Mark goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. He has literally has gone out of his way to bring samples to the house and check in on the installation process multiple times. Also, he keeps consistent communication throughout. It is through his stellar customer service that we went with this store.

Needed to replace the 15 year old carpet on our stairs. After realizing replacing with hardwood was out of our budget we went on a hunt for affordable carpet. My husband had dimensions and is a pretty handy guy. . . Two local stores were rude and wouldn't talk through options. After another three calls and very high quotes or no call back we spoke to Maggie at Barton. She took the time to understand what we wanted to do, went over the dimensions and our proposed project budget.They even let us take a few samples home to make sure we had the right color!They beat the other companies quotes by 600 dollars! Maggie communicated updates of when the carpet would arrive and when they would install. Installation was excellent and a high quality job. Can't recommend them enough, don't waste money elsewhere. . . Go here first and ask for Maggie

Robert made the process quick, easy and stress free. This was our first time installing new carpets in our home, he answered all of our questions and educated us on different carpeting and carpet pads. Installation was quick and the results were amazing. Highly recommend.

I am not sure what type of training the employees receive at this company, but Maggie Ortiz's customer service skills are terrible. There is no appreciation for the customer's time, and no effort is made to respond back to the customer in a timely fashion. When an estimate is finally provided (over 4 days later), there isn't a specific explanation for the estimate, only an exorbitant amount listed as "labor." I'm not sure what you want from this company, but trust me, you NEED to go to another company to get your wants fulfilled.

Robert at Barton Company Carpets has come through for me for years. As a property manager, I need products at various price points from luxury to bare utility. The work is always done according to the promised timeline and highest quality. I recommend Barton Company Carpets to my clients and use them for my own inventory of rentals.

We did business with them in August, 2018. Fast forward 2 years and we have been very happy with our flooring across our house and have had zero issues. They were great to work with and price was competitive. Salesman did make a mistake on glue down vs floating for our floors but fixed it, meaning we ended up getting an upgrade for free since the mistake was on their end. They acknowledged it immediately and didn't try to charge us more for the more expensive product. I will use them again.
