Dr Baros is the best. He listens to his patients and does a detailed examination when you are in for a visit. I was able to see him, not a NP, today without very much hassle. He is my primary doctor as of today.

The doctor is terrible. In and out for 30 seconds and he obviously had no time to diagnose the symptom. Still charged $120 for the 30 seconds visit.The staff are extremely rude. They also don’t have time for anything and hang up the phone in the middle of conversation when I made the appointment.

Best GP I've ever encountered. Larry is through, focused and attentive. He listens to what I have to say, he asks appropriate questions and spends as much time as necessary diagnosing my issues. The staff is great, warm and inviting and I can always get into see Larry when needed. I would give him 6 stars if available.

I went to the practice for the first time today. The first impression was amazing since the staff greeted me properly and I was able to see the Dr. Larry as a new patient pretty quick.Dr. Larry is amazing. He took his time listening to me and gave me some good advise.I am looking forward to keeping Dr. Larry as my PCP for as long as I live in San Antonio.

The woman who answers the phone was rude. I was trying to set up an appt and told her I was refered to Dr. Baros, and she said that there was no need to see Dr. Baros, that I needed more "symptoms", than what I had mentioned. Really?!? I politely told her thanks for no help and hung up. Since when did she become the doc to tell me over the phone I don't need to see the doctor?!?

Larry is a great family doctor. He listens to you, and explains everything in detail so that you can understand exactly what's up. Very personable. Wouldn't go elsewhere.

I’ve been a patient of James Baros, Jr. for a very long time and I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time, his staff is always very courteous and he’s always been able to address any and all issues I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Dr Baros is always rude and dismissive of my issues. He once told me to "google it" in reference to one of my symptoms. Another time when I was looking up the name of one of my medications on my phone as he came into the room he rudely and unprofessionally scolded me for being on my phone. I've given him multiple chances but I'm definitely going to have to look into finding a new GP.

I have known Dr. Jimmy for over 25 years. He was my kids first and only Dr all the way thru school. I continue to go as both Dr. Jimmy and his brother Dr. Larry are great people. Their dad taught them well and they do a great job. I highly recommend them if you need a great family Dr.
