When I visited their store there were very few places to sit and look at books or research what you may want to buy and so I found myself sitting on the floor in the children's area where it was quiet and was asked by a worker to get up and move I guess because maybe a parent complained I don't know but she basically stood there until I got up and left and made me go sit and what she called the Harry Potter area there were no quiet areas to sit and no tables available I felt offended by this as I was not bothering anyone simply sitting and looking at an herbal remedy book I won't go back to the store I did not like the lack of professionalism in the employee that work there for the way that I was treated

The staff at both Barnes and Noble and the Starbucks are welcoming and polite. I recommend this location to everyone.

there were renovations happening in the restrooms that made it a bit difficult to browse with all the noise but this location is great and has a fantastic selection on vinyls and cds!

I come to the US a couple of times a year and usually have a list of books I want. Before coming, I verified on my deskstop that this location had the books I wanted, but when I got there, I couldn't find them. I looked for help and found someone, but she was impatient with me, dealing with employee issues at the same time, and asked me to show her on my phone that her store had the book I wanted. I explained that the book was listed twice: once and not available for $14 and again as available for $7. But I could not get my phone to show that. Ultimately she told me they didn't have what I wanted.
Because I was looking for other things, I did actually run across the book I was looking for in the annex section, hence the $14 vs $7 discrepancy. I bought 4 copies. I wasn't sure where the second book might be and looked for her again. I looked for anyone who could help. The only person in the store seemed to be at the cash register and he was busy. At least two people told her I needed helped and when she saw me, she waved it off, "I've already helped her." Hrm.
Once I had her attention that it was regarding a different book, she looked it up and took me straight to it. Thank you!
As I approached check out, the young man there was busy and the woman who I had been working with waved me to a register. She was embarrassed to see that I had the books she told me they didn't have. Sadly, it was because of a single word in the title that the in-store search engine didn't find the book. I paid. I left. I have what I came for.

It's a very well stocked bookstore and it has a great starbucks inside.
It's a nice quiet place to study or meat as a group.

Love coming here with my kids. Books everywhere for everyone. Be sure to look at the clearance section. They have pretty good deals.
