My Mother had a joint account with an aunt so that family members could help deposit money to support said aunt. Both of them were old and not very technologically saavy. My Mother passed away recently before she could resolve why both her and my aunt have not been able to access account or funds. I visited today in order to submit death certificate and hopefully find a way to help my aunt reset her PIN number or SOMETHING that could allow her to access the money that family members have sent to her bank account in one form or another. Well Zoe Eardley was SO adamant about how much information she cannot share with me because there is still a living account holder, that I had ask her over three times that if my aunt walked into a Bank of America in Laredo, they might be able to help her? It was a yes or no question that didn’t involve me having access to the account. Apparently, because there is still someone on joint account who is still living, Zoe Eardley also couldn’t share any condolences to me in regards to the passing of MY MOTHER. Bank of America…so hardcore about security…that they can’t even handout a free condolence. About three weeks before my Mother died from Cancer, she had me pull into the drive-thru ATM here to deposit cash into the account for my Aunt to use. We tried three times and machine said there was a problem. When I asked my Aunt after the wake if she has been able to access her account, she said she can’t remember the last time the system had let her access the account.

Have had an account here for over 8 years. Tonight the atm here decided to take my 940$ and shut off without depositing into my account. DO BETTER.

I don’t know why the reviews are that bad, I definitely recommend you their service. For 1 appointment with them I was able to schedule debit and credit card delivery, activate a digital card and put money on my bank account. ⭐️ & ✅

Had a great experience working with Zoe Eardsley. She helped my son and I to take care of several accts that had to be changed as a result of spouses passing. Since then had to return twice for other concerns and she again took care of me and I left with a smile on my face. She was also very good at explaining things that I had to deal with for the first time. Will definitely go back if necessary for any other transactions. Thanks Zoe!JoAnn Y.

I arrived 20 minutes before closing, or less...without an appointment to open an account. I was greeted by Jacob Johnston and he went above and beyond to help me set up my account. He was also with Emanuel. Who was training. And was an absolute legend.I have to say the service received was amazing. I left so happy with not only a new account but an amazing experience.

We went to do a write transfer spoke to a representative that he could help us because we didn’t have an appointment. Yet, there was no one waiting in the lobby. He stated that someone had a 10:00 am and had made an appointment online. It was 10:07 am. The appointment was set for 10:00 am and the person had not show up. Went to bring his manager on duty and she too stated that they couldn’t help us. Had they help us, we would have been in and out in 15 minutes. We drove to Southwest Military Branch spoke to representative Vanessa. She ask us if we had an appointment, we said no. She said no worries that she would put on her list and whenever 10 minutes of our arrival she call us into her office and help us with our wire transfer. It took no more then 15 minutes to complete. She offer us excellent customer service and she treat us with respect and she had us feel us very important to her and our branch of Bank of America . We were so disappointed to the visit of Walzem that we concerned pulling out all our money and transfer it to Wellsfargo however because of the excellent service that Vanessa offer at the SW Military branch we decide to keep our money with Bank of America and she offer us her business card and stated that if had any questions and concerns that we should call her personally.Again thank you Vanessa for your help.Jonathan and Janie Lou Rodriguez

Everything is setup by appointment. They are terrible at this bank. No one is in the bank and yet the three people doing nothing one standing in the front and two sitting at the computers taking care of no one. They couldn't even help me out just to change my pin number. They wanted me to setup a appointment. I found better success talking with a customer representative over the phone not even from the Texas. They are mailing my pin number. If I could give negative stars I would. I will never waste my time at that bank again.

Unbelievable .. A Bank this big and only 1 teller line over 20ppl long most of them out in the sun.Have had this bank for 10 years and finally decided im Going to take my lil money somewhere else .Every visit to this bank is a half of day trip.Deff Closing my account .I wish it was possible to give 0 stars .This place should be just closed down.

During my visit I spoke with a rep named Leticia who was very rude and acted like she did not want to be at work. she made it seem like I was difficult and what I was asking was difficult to the point where she started to patronize me with the hand sanitizer because I did not want her to repeatedly touch my belongings. during this unprecedented time. I felt like her attitude and the way she acted was very very unprofessional and will think twice before I return to this location.

I've had an account with Bank of America for over 10 years, but they have consistently failed to meet my expectations.Without going into too much detail, on multiple occasions, Bank of America displayed unreasonable inflexibility in response to my inquiries. When I had the same issues with other banks, the other banks' responses have been vastly more flexible and reasonable when inquiring about the exact same thing. Therefore, I have closed my Bank of America account and my mom, brother and sister all recently closed their Bank of America accounts for similar reasons.It comes down to competition. I've had the account for almost 12 years and it's a bitter sweet goodbye. Bank of America simply isn't keeping up with the competition and service is lacking far behind.

The fraud department doesn't care to complete the process to keep money that I'm owed. The fraud department gave me my money then took it back. I complained the merchant keeps making stories to make me never receive nothing back. I returned the items to the vecano clothing merchandant of an online store. I gave the tracking number to the merchant and they said they received my returned items and to have the bank release the funds nothing was ever solved the bank of America's excuse oh you took much time I said no you just didn't want to refund my money owed from a fraudulent company I have receipts of everything.

The staff was nice, but the place is really run down. It needs a serious remodeling. Teller was not able to change my phone number. Long wait or had to make an appointment to have phone number changed. Going to go to Randolph Brooks.

Customer service bank.of america 8004212110 is pathetic can't get the same answer from any reps. I called a rep to get the exact $ amount for a payoff. Now I got a bill for .70 cents???? I called and was told I owed the .70 cents if not it would be considered a late payment and interest rates would apply I spoke with a manager and she too said pay your bill or interest rates will apply I paid off what Alexandria told me was my balance and paid it off 5 days before the due date and 11 days before the promotional date was up. They spend more money on 3 pages of billing information a return envelope and a stamp, but the mgr normally stood dead set in collecting .70 cents. I will never recommend this bank to anyone nor ever use bank america againThey must be desperate for demanding 70 cents a write off would have saved them sending out another bill.
