Just bad service today i know they are busy but it does not give them a right to not give good service. When someone trying to communicate in their language and they don’t get them help and send them out. They resolved one issue but that other one he had they didn’t want to help.

Does not help right with fraud, doesn’t really help at all .. been with this bank since 2019 and literally changed cards because of frauds over 5 times . Doesn’t sit right with me .

Understaffed, super long lines. Business clients not preferred with their own line. No wonder BOA struggles to retain business clients. Luckily, the San Antonio business community has options to bank with other businesses better able to maintain their staffing needs to meet the demands of their customers.
Really, it comes down to poor management on the part of this branch office’s bank manager. It’s likely time for a performance review.

Opened a new personal checking account with my husband and we had a very pleasant experience. Melinda was our banker. She was very friendly, professional, and able to answer any questions we had. Very happy with this branch!!

I visited the location which found to be very secured, professional and attentive.Kevin, teller, was absolutely helpful in guiding me with my transaction since I was using a Power of Attorney in behalf of my son.

Worst branch ever !!your better off driving across town to cash a check , was told I could not cash a check there but when I went to a different Bank of America I had no problem at all cashing the same exact check,I don’t know what it is about this branch and cashing checks?Personally I felt like I was being racially profiled did not even make it to the teller when I was told by one of the employees that they were not able to cash the check because it was over a certain amount,which I knew was incorrect information being it was a Bank of America Cashiers Check but didn’t want to argue so I went to another bank and had no issues at all !! Don’t waste your time going here !!

Was never asked if I needed help when I entered. I just needed to do a name change on account and then when a different lady walked in they saw her before me.. Annoying and bad customer service.
