Never tellers working. Teller on left needs to stop gabbing to each customer! Seems to always have one or two tellers during lunch, the only time we have to bank then return to work. Ugh

They never answer the phone! I'm now going to have to drag my 6 month old and 2 year old 40 min down the road to the bank to ask about a form they were supposed to fax over last week and didn't. Something that can simply be handled over the phone if they would pick up! I've been calling since yesterday

Just opened this Acct. BUT DEFLY CLOSING IT END OF MONTH. BOA NNOO LONGER WHAT IT USED TO BE! Customer Service "THE PITS!" Stephanie at this location Needs to STAY HOME! No Etiquette whatsoever! And very evident she did. It want to be at work. The lack of her ability to just Simply apologize for not accepting a 3rd party check endorsed by my Son. Had to go right into attitude and enlighten as to how she's worked at other banks & it's the same. Apologize first, gently educate client and offer recommendations for future reference... such as you can add him to your account and that would allow us to process your transaction. Would have made for an "Ideal," transaction. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!

Employees can't tell time, close the doors prior to the posted time. Branch doesn't keep enough folks on staff to meet the demand, long wait times. Overall, not a pleasant experience

I don't understand. I've been using this bank for about three months. I deposit 4-5 big check from the same company every month and every time they put a 10 day hold on it. Freaking crazy!! I hate this bank

Honestly have never written a review before, but am so SO disappointed in my service with this bank. I won't mention any names in specific because it's been an ongoing struggle to get ANY sort of clear, direct instruction/advice from BOA in general for years now, but after this last month I'm 1,000% switching over to someone new. I'll start by saying I'm a young client of theirs, I've been with BOA my whole adult life. My credit isn't great either, so problems I run into I will take blame for, but I hate being given false promises. What really tipped off this review was the fact that my partner and I have a second car that recently gave out on us, we went in looking for how to go about a loan on a new vehicle. I go into the BOA on DeZevala, where an employee tells me WORD FOR WORD, "do not trust these M-F's, only trust me. I will help you and no one else." Then proceeded to refer to me as "lil mama" over and over. I'm feeling uncomfortable, and set up an appointment at this location instead with both my partner and I to discuss options. Although we had an appointment, it felt incredibly rushed and we were still unsure of our expectations when leaving, but were reassured that (because of our credit), as long as we had a co-signer we would be GUARANTEED the loan. Mind you this second meeting lasted less than five minutes, probably had an appointment after us to run to. Now, we're unconfident once again, but we're promised with a co-signer we would be fine. We drive out to Austin, meeting my parents who would co-sign us all the way from Dallas, (because BOA only accepts in-person co-signers.) Within a few seconds of the meeting, we were told that because the car we were looking at buying was over ten years old they wouldn't offer a loan AT ALL. -- I'm not angry about this rule, not one bit, very understandable. What I am angry about is that I tried two different times just to meet with someone and discuss requirements before setting up the last appointment with my co-signer who traveled FOUR HOURS to meet me, and was still denied because of information that could have easily been given to me the first go-around.Again, this was just my last straw. Every experience I have ever had when meeting with bank employees about any concern or goals I have in mind as always been brushed off or rushed, but after having my parents drive all that distance for nothing I'm officially done with them in general. First guy I met with was probably right only in one sense, don't trust these guys with your money/time.

These ATMs will eat your cards. Do not recommend. A whole week without a card because there is evidently zero maintenance to these machines

281 at Evans service has always been terrible at this branch even before COVID 19. There are long waits for service from a teller. One day a 20 minute wait ...I was the only person in line. There are long waits to speak with a bank officer, even with an appointment and the one I finally spoke to was not knowledgeable.
