We saw Snow tha product here on 8/20/24. Snow was awesome. The Aztec theater is one of the most beautiful amazing venues I've ever seen. However it was so disgustingly hot in the mezzanine that we had to keep stepping out to the bar area to take breaks from the heat. Then we ended up leaving early because we decided our discomfort was outweighing the enjoyment of the show. Amazing venue. Great staff. Please install some giant ceiling fans or something so people don't drop dead trying to watch a show. I think in the future I will only attend shows here between October and April.

Went to see snow product August 20 ,2024 and she preform Awesome!! BUT THE AIR CONDITIONER UPSTAIRS WASN'T WORKING AND WAS VERY HOT!! Plus had to wait in line outside in a 108° degree till 8:30 pm before we were able to go inside !! AND actually wasn't the first time yalls AC don't work upstairs and NEEDS TO GET IT FIX ONCE AND FOR ALL LIKE SERIOUSLY!!!

Was at a concert last night and the AC was out on a day that reached 105 degrees. There was no email or text or social media giving patrons a heads up. The heat was causing people who were drinking to feel ill. (I did not buy any alcohol for this reason) Also, $20 for a drink is ridiculous. It was hard to enjoy it being that hot. Also I sat in Mezz and because it was so hot and cooler in the lobby, people kept getting up and going back and forth to lobby. Letting people out of the row and being blocked was constant. A warning would have been nice, so we could have dressed cooler or even brought handheld fans. Unacceptable.
Concert ran behind. After the instructions of what time to arrive and what time seating was, we were still in a line around the theater at 8 pm. Then upon entering they were not allowing people to be seated until almost 9.

First time seeing a show here. This was a metal show and thought the sound was decent. We sat on the balcony so the theater seats could be tight for bigger people but comfortable enough. $14 Lone Star beer is too much. The other concessions are pricey as well. At least it was 24 oz..

We saw the band Eclipse - Journey Tribute Band. We had a great time. The only reason for the 4-stars is the acoustics were not so great.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Aztec Theatre for the first time. The venue itself is charming and well-maintained, and the staff I interacted with were both friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience.
However, the most glaring issue was the lack of legroom. I've never encountered such cramped seating in any other venue. Considering the recent renovations, I was surprised they didn't address this problem. Even though it's an older theater, venues like The Majestic manage to offer more comfortable seating arrangements. If you're taller, be prepared for your knees to be pressed against the seat in front of you.
Additionally, the concession prices were exorbitant. While I'm used to paying a premium at concerts, the prices here were significantly higher than what I've seen elsewhere.
Overall, I would give the Aztec Theatre three stars. The venue is clean, and my Mezzanine seats offered a fantastic view. However, the uncomfortable seating and steep concession prices will make me think twice about returning in the future.

Are you f'n kidding me? Gouge much?? This is absolutely ridiculous! $16-$18 for a decent beer (Cashless/ CARD only beer)..... I've been going to concerts for decades, and have never paid that much for a beer anywhere in my life!!! Yeah, so, it's a "tall-boy." Big deal. Most concert venues serve those.

Beautiful theater, great acoustics, hub and I went to see Steel Panther, a totally fun band at a great theater, 10/10 would recommend and go again! Ooh, the best part had to be the family restroom. Huge, the door locks, so you have the space to yourself. Yes, I'm aware it's for families with small children, so people feel more comfortable, but if there were any children at Steel Panther, their parents would have bigger problems than me using the family restroom lol

One of the best venues for a metal concert. Large enough to mosh but small enough for those feels when you discover a band before they make it big.
