I’ve been coming here for so many years to do my eyebrow wax , I’ve never ever had a bad experience . My eyebrows come out good , yesterday I went and I got a new lady . When I tell you I felt her mess up my eyebrows immediately when she laid the wax , she placed it in the middle but went way too far. I come out and one eyebrow is so much shorter than the other one . The space in between my eyebrows is so big I’m so embarrassed. Makeup can’t even fix it .

Went in for Mother daughter Pedicures. There was no wait, staff was extremely friendly and acomodating we were pampered and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend the signature pedi.
Cleanliness: Tools were in sterile pouches, they used bowl liners and all the chairs were sterilized.

The prices are ridiculous, my friend and I got 2 different pedicures (hers being more) and instead they gave us both basic, my acrylics on my nails were crooked and badly done, all they did was paint and shape my toes didn’t even do that right, me and my friend both got ingrowns immediately after. Workers are very rude and talk about the customers in front of them complaining about request, they rushed the girl doing my sets. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless u like getting your toes fixed at a dr lol.

Went on Sunday April 14th for two gel manicures the next day Monday April 15th they started peeling they didn’t even paint my whole nail! Half was painted over all was a horrible experience when I went to get a refund (I paid $110) they told me no i wouldn’t recommend again

LOVED Liliann for my eyebrow waxes. I have called a few times and they said she is no longer there and do not try to assist in providing her information or whereabouts. Poor business and lack of respect for customers’ peace of mind. Makes me really worry for her.

If I could give negative stars I would! I paid over $100 for a shitty job on me and my friend! Both our nails are peeling and weren't even painted all the way. We went April 14th and they were peeling April 16th. Asked for a refund and they told me no never coming back here!

Went there a few times now they usually do a nice full set went to get a pedicure twice now both times a few hours after my pedicure was done the nail polish started peeling off and the lady cut my the skin off my toe and made me bleed

Cindy is my nail tech and she's always kind and does a great job! Love the ambiance and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Stay far away from this place!! I took my friend in for a manicure and a full set of nails. The guy who did them was the worst. When she asked for him to thin them out a bit he got visibly angry and started yanking on her hand and purposely hurting her with the tools. She left with her hands cut and burned and crying. The nails looked crooked and poorly done. The woman at the desk didn't seem to care at all. Do not go here!

Went in to get a quick basic manicure. No gel, no color. Just a trim and clear coat and got the worst manicure I've ever seen.

This was my third time here and every time was a wonderful experience! I wish I caught her name but I had a sweet and quiet artist who did a great simple manicure on me with extra care and gentleness.

They definitely know customer service. I was still on pre-covid time and thought they closed at 9pm! They stayed late to give myself and my daughter mani/ pedis! Everyone here is so sweet and their vibe was so relaxing! They didn't make us feel like a burden at all!!! Will definitely make the drive to come back here!
