Love this neighborhood Autozone ! Needed help getting my timing belt changed . Vincent was outstanding with his customer service in what I was looking for . And when I returned The manager Jessica helped me with my existing problems on my vehicle . This store is great and it’s convenient for me the store is always kept stocked with what I happen to be looking for . And all the employees rock with getting you in and out . Valley hi Autozone you get 5 stars ! And a big thank you for helping me get back on the road again . !

Excellent service!!
Was on my way home when I realized my car had a serious problem. Spoke with Renee and he was super helpful and patient. He resolved my car problem in less than 10 minutes with no issues. I know little to nothing about cars, and he was able to answer any and all of my questions. He educated me on what to look out for and reassured me that I can always come back at anytime to further assess any issues. Thanks to Renee’s time and patience, I now feel at ease.

I Visited Auto Zone last week due to my check engine light was on. Renee was very helpful, he took his time and showed me exactly what to do. Of course I was clueless and I think Renee noticed this and proceed to assist with issue. My issue was resolved in less than 10 mins. Renee was very knowledgeable about my issue and educated me on how the part worked. I 10/10 will return due to Renee’s knowledge, honesty and service!! Thank you so much!!!

Brought a battery approximately 2 years ago, was left stranded and had to call road side assistance, upon getting my 2018 Nissan Versa jumped started I was informed that I was sold the wrong size battery and it was apparently a used battery upon calling the store on Valley Hi on 6/21/24 and speaking with the manager who didn't identify himself I was told that the battery was 2 years old and why all of a sudden I had a complaint about it, I informed him that I had never had a problem with it before until 6/20/24 when I had to have a jump start and was informed by roadside assistance that battery was used and wrong size, was told by manager who didn't identify himself that I would need to speak with the person above him and she would be in 45 minutes and that he would relay the message as of 2:45 have not received a response, I will not be doing business with this location as employee didn't know what he was doing and I was sold a wrong size battery and also used and paid over 200 dollars. Yes yesterday my sister’s car broke down at the heb gas station across the street from the autozone. The store manager Jessica went above and beyond she went across the street to the heb gas station to check on the car with her machine. My sister is 6 months pregnant with twins and she has a 8 1/2 month old son. Jessica told us to stay at the store in the ac while she went to go check the car out, Also Brandon and another employee went across the street and pushed the car across the street to the autozone. Also Jessica didn’t have to do but she ended up up giving me, my pregnant sister and her 8 1/2 month old son a ride back home yesterday. She is a very good store manager and she went above and beyond… Very very appreciative of her and her employees kindness with the car..
