I had a question about my vehicle and Anthony was very helpful explaining what could be causing the problem. He printed out the page for me to reference back to. I had another question and called back and spoke with Alan. Both Associates were professional, knowledgeable and patient explaining in terms I Could understand. Anthony was great! It was a simple battery switch, but the way that he went in depth into helping me understand what was happening so I didn’t have to take my car to the dealership and spend crazy money was awesome.

Always great dropped off old car battery chargers with them. It says online they take them apparently I was the 1st person to do so.

I want to give a shout out to Anthony the manager at this store. I called with a really random question in regards to finding a warranty, and he was so patient with me, and stayed on the phone with me multiple times until we found what I was looking for! Thank you for being kind and patient!

Do NOT shop here!! Purchased a new battery and the staff "could not install because of a hybrid." Staff was extremely rude and didn't know where to look for the battery! If you are not allowed to install batteries for hybrid, why do you sell them!! Couldn't even get an emergency jump because the staff was incompetent!!

Rick was careful about details to make sure I got what I needed for my vehicle. He let me use a funnel and took care of filling the fluid I had just bought. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with AutoZone. Anything from changing a light to running diagnostics on the engine. I love my good mechanics but little things like this, its just so much cheaper. I really appreciate the help!

If you want to experience how to alienate customers and what poor customer service looks like go to this location— 12306 Potranco Rd.I even had the pleasure of working with the sales manager directly and I hope to not ever have another interaction. He just was unpleasant and indifferent to me wanting to give his store money.
