The sign says open 6am on Saturdays, yet I'm here standing outside and it’s 6:09 and still not open!

My car died outside the shop and they refused to replace my battery because their battery tester wasn’t working. Had to get roadside assistance despite being outside their door.

Every time you come here you gotta wait in line for 30 min to 1 hr because the employees as slow as hell . On top of that the other day they gave me a “brand new “ part that was broken and this woman raised her voice at me super unprofessional . Never coming here again , screw this location

Super slow. Long lines. No sense of hurry here. Auto zone read the reviews it tells you everything. Long lines because ur employees are not helpful. Read the reviews.

Horrible. Worst parts store in town. Always a line, takes forever to even get to the counter. Once you get there after waiting in line for 20 min you ask for a part by it's number then the team members go idk where...Narnia? The warehouse? The factory in China? Not kidding. Either they're lost or just go back there and get on their phones. It makes no sense. Right now I've been waiting 10 min while they get one part for me. I've been here 30 min. Any other parts store I'd be back home with the part already. Insane. Employees wander around cluelessly, carelessly while people wait. Several people in line even started voicing their annoyance. It's my 2nd time here, this store is a hot mess

This is where I go most of the time. I find that they have decent prices and usually the parts to keep my 94 Roadmaster Estate in the road. It's difficult to get them on the phone but it's not due to laziness it's because the staff is very diligent in helping customers. For the most part I use the app to see if the product is available.

they left me wsiting on the phone for almost 15 mins . came to buy a parte that showed they have it on stock ..came all the way here to wait 20 mins and they didnt have the part in here
