Alan was the best professional I've seen in a long time at AutoZone. He went above and beyond to do his job and to help me get rid of all the problems that I had going on with my car in just a small amount of time. I really appreciate him. He's the greatest.

Suddenly needed a driver's side rear blinker and got to the store after dinner. Andrew kindly greeted me and my son as soon as we walked in, and was very helpful in quickly finding the new bulbs for me. He immediately asked if we needed help with installing, then quickly got his tools when I said 'yes, please'. Andrew worked quickly, quietly and was very polite. Thank You Andrew!!!

The young man the gentleman was nice. That helped me out to get my license plate cover. And he what's going to help me. They sit on which I thought it wasn't a brother or inconvenience because they were weren't busy. Or wasn't taking any time away from he went to the manager, if it was all right. I guess he said no, he could not do that. I think customer service goes a long way helping and assisting in other ways. Besides on the saying and that is also customer service. Other things I need will not bring me back. Cause I felt like. They could have assisted me.
All the way and that would have been real convenience on my end.

Car was having trouble starting, needed a new battery terminal. The tech Alan was super nice and helpful, helped me find what I needed and helped replace it in 15 minutes flat. Thanks for the fast and wonderful service.

Brandon did an excellent job on my initial purchase and I came back an hour later and he had great customer service skills and fixed the problem I was having with my car. Hire more people with Brandon’s willingness to help.
