Just moved to the area, cracked my oil filter cap trying to change my oil. Went to AutoZone yesterday to get the tool to get the oil filter off which they had. They didn’t have the cap, but the older fella with glasses there was real nice. Friendly as all get out. Made the whole experience a lot better.
Contrast that with O'Reilly's. Went there to get the part, and the fat guy with glasses treated me like a drug addict. Rude as all get out. Guess AutoZone’s my store now. Shows you how much a good customer interaction means to me. I’ll wait for Autozone to order the part next time. That’s my fault.

Adam C was the associate that helped me. I walked in and explained that back turn signal wasn't working, I needed windshield wipers and my seat belt wasn't locking. He didn't hesitate. He grabbed his tools and said, let's go have a look. Right away he took the bulb out, looked at my windshield wipers and back in the store we went. He shopped everything for me at affordable prices. He suggested wd-40 for my seat belt, and a cleaner for the motor because I asked him. After I paid, he installed everything for me right there. I explained I needed to pass inspection. He had me turning on lights, hitting the breaks, checking the hazards, checking the turn signals just to make sure everything worked. I haven't seen this type of customer service in years!!! Professional and polite and really went over and beyond my expectations. I was not expecting that! Adam C, I wish more people cared and took pride in their employment performances. You really are a valuable employee. I appreciate you!

So I just want to leave a review for Jaimie A. I normally come here to get little things but I came twice needing to get a new air intake which I was clueless on which one I needed Jaime A was very helpful with making sure I picked the right one coming into the aisles with me and comparing my old one to the new ones. This time I needed new light bulbs Jaime A. Comes outside looks in several places to make sure I'm getting the right bulbs when I finally get the light assembly off I was unsure how to get the bulbs out and Jaime A. Takes both bulbs out for me. With over 20 years in customer service industry this was very outstanding service he was not just helpful but polite and respectful calling me sir, yes sir, no sir. Indeed I am obviously older but it's not very common anymore to find respect in customer service. The foundation to great customer service representatives is the person themselves of you have a good heart and are kind it shines through when interacting with people Jaime A is the type of person that causes a business to excel. When you are in a industry that has competition that offers the same things it is the level of service that gives the edge above the rest. I will be back cause Jaime A. Is there.

Had been stranded with a busted belt and seized alternator. Called in and Gina assisted me with pricing and availability. I can't emphasize enough on how professional, attentive, friendly and just flat out AWESOME it was to go in and pick up the Alternator from this store ! Gina turned my awful situation around

Really friendly employees. I bought new Windshield wipers and they installed them at no extra cost. I also bought some decorative valve stem caps that they keep handy. Overall, quick pitstop well worth it.
