On one of the worst days, my car overheated. I needed parts..etc. The attendant lady with blueblk hair and many nose piercings was rude to her best ability. I went to get the fluid she said to get, but couldn't find it, went bl to he rto askif she could helpe. She was big MAD that I asked her. She pointed to her screen and read the name of the coolant.
She Stormed to back to get it, it took her a whole 3 minutes. She grabbed ONE and looked at me ..like get the other one. I just walked to the register.
THEN SHE "forgot" we just told her we had a military discount She had already crumbled up the reciept for the first purchase Mija, if your mad and don't want to work, keep it to yourself, don't take it out on paying, yet weary customers. So, thanks for the experience.

AMR was amazing and soo incredibly helpful. I showed up with super corroded terminals and Amr changed them out and got me back on the road swiftly! Thank you soo much for your professional and courteous help.
I would definitely go back if it means getting the excellent customer service I got from Amr.

Young young lady, who has a Honda and works here was extraordinary with her customer service skills! She definitely took care of us! And the people after us! She gave us her full attention and excellent follow through!! I definitely would recommend this AutoZone to the next person who is needing car support! I didn’t catch her name, but she found which windshield wipers I needed, got them for us, put them on for us, and even offered us a deal of windshield wiper fluid for only a dollar! Thank you!!

So my headlight went out and I went there to get a replacement bulb. While I was there I replaced it in the parking lot, and when it touched the wire, my headlight came back on. So I returned the bulb, no muss, no fuss.By the time I went back to my car the light was out again, of course. I checked for gremlins, tapped it with a wooden spoon, did a rain dance - everything I knew how to do with a car! Nothing.So the manager came out and cast some kinda wizard spell and the light came back on!These guys are cool and went a lil above and beyond for me, so I wanted to recommend this place, mostly for car stuff.When I got home my light went back out. *%@&$

Wow, (with my damaged proof of That I paid 3.99 +3.99 ) "Danny" very rudely said no. I asked for him to pull up my purchase, no. The nice lady even remembered selling them to my husband. *her word agent mine* wat he said. Rude, not happy about your job. It shows. He could have tried to pull up my transaction. Nope didn't even ask for my number. Sad
