I have a commercial truck with air brakes and a hose (airline) busted. I went to Home Depot, where I didn't even come close to finding a hose to fix the brake line. I then Google, who would have a hose I can use, and Lowe's pops up, claiming they sell hoses by the foot...
(WRONG) When I get there, I'm told they used to but no longer do. I then went to Auto Zone, and those guys solved my problem. I thought I was laying pipe...
Those guys had more hoses and pipes than I knew what to do with! Thanks, guys, problem solved.

I do not usually write reviews but this time I knew I had to.
Angelica R deserves recognition within the store or above in corporate. Amazing customer services is always expected but not always received. She delivered everything and left me in awe! She needs to considered in a training store so she may be able to help others in her field.

I'm never disappointed when I go to my Auto Zone. My car wouldn't start, got a jump and headed over. The Store manager Raul S tested my battery and alternator even my starter even though it was close to closing time . It didn’t cost me a thing .He was able to find a wire that wasn’t making the right contact . He asked me to wait inside because it was a hot evening. I was surprised with the music it reminded me of my late father when I would be helping him work on his truck holding the flash light. It felt like my late father was watching over me at his auto zone and with the perfect music to pass the time. Raul S the manager was able to fix the problem at no cost. . It was just a wire that needed to tighten up. For being a store manager and not charging me anything left me speechless . All he said was don’t worry you are good to go . If you need anything don’t be a stranger :)

Wow Awesome customer service. Was helped by i believe her name was angelica! She was so welcoming, kind and very helpful :) with a smile. You dnt get alot of that now and days- some employees wear thr attitude on their face when they're having a bad day and reflect it on customers. Aside fr those type of employees, Angelica was great, and i will definitely come back and hope i get attended by her again :)) These types of employees are hard to find and harder to keep* THANK YOU!

Giving 1 star since 0 not allowed. I ordered from this location online specifically because they had 3 of the part I needed 2 of in stock. 28 hours later, they could not find them. "We only have 1." No kidding, I bought the other 2. This store is 40 miles from my house, now I have to go back when it is 100 degrees later today when I had planned on fixing my car. "In stock" means IN THE BUILDING. Take 5 minutes to go look, don't tell me you will call me in a few hours when the manager gets there. Lazy, stupid and probably won't pay me the $10 of extra gas I have to burn to go back.

Excellent customer service! Everyone at this location is super friendly and helpful. Anthony F. was phenomenal!!! He went above and beyond to make sure I knew I had the right motor fluid and helped put in my car. I will be back to this location! Great team work! Stellar customer service!
