Came to replace a battery- that was thankfully still under warranty. Manger super nice. Found tools to change the battery- almost didn't because they said they were taken. Also, he was very courteous to my elderly, veteran father.

They gave me the wrong oil filter, however, Paul Casias personally grab the correct filter drove to my house handed it to me stood there and waited to ensure that it fit on my vehicle, thx Paul your a life savior I was down and out!
