AUTO GLIDE EXPRESS. I paid $16 the most I’ve ever paid for a wash. And I told him if it’s good I like it I’ll buy membership. Worst place I’ve gone to wash my truck it. It still had all the water and all the dirt on tire and the tire shine I didn’t even notice it. He wanted me to go thru agin nope give me my money. The only bad thing was when it took my mirrors it scrapped it.

They Make charges with no reason I been trying to contact them by email and they never respond . Don't get a prepaid washes. Actualization March 4th 2024 no answer yet...??

Car wash is great every time. Monthly fees are very reasonable, and you get unlimited car washes. Various prices for different levels of wash and wax. Vacuums work well. They provide cloths you can hand wipe down your vehicle with. Also air hoses at each vacuum station to blow any leaves or debris out of cracks around hood closure or trunk closure, etc. Always kept clean. Nice place.

Good service and decent price. The carwash tunnel does the magic and make car looks clean. They got tower and strong vaccun lines. They got the big shades that very good to dry and excessive water in shade. Only improvement we would request is the pressure gun to blow any small item or dust. Also please have tire wash and shine station. Those tire stains need 2x wash. They are useful to blow any spot under seats. Good carwash overall.Come by and check it yourself. Highly recommend.29.99 per month for all weather and ceramic protection shine wash.Single wash is as low as 9.99.

Would have given 5 stars but they constantly have broken things with their wash. I had a monthly membership but they apparently don’t grandfather you in and when they raise the fee you pay more too. Not worth the money in my opinion. Between broken things in the wash and broken vacuums I am looking at a new car wash.

I have had a $19.99 monthly membership for several years and have always enjoyed using Auto Glide until now. They have raised their membership rate to $29.99, which is way too expensive for a self-serve car wash. I told the cashier that I thought the rate increase was too expensive, especially when all the other self car washes are still cheaper. I canceled my membership. Maybe everyone else has canceled as there are no other customers at 4:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon.

Great car wash for the value!! Like the additional feature of rags to use to dry off the water the blower just can’t get to.

I really liked this place initially because the concept is great and the price is reasonable but the service stinks and so do the towels. The young boys working there are always on there phones, act like their doing you a favor, never have towels out and can’t be bothered to put any out or take the trash out of full cans. Lately the dry towels smell so gross like a dirty mildew gym I don’t want to use because it makes my car smell. The other thing I don’t like is there isn’t other locations like other places. I’ve had for about a year but seriously consider changing. I can put up with the boys poor service and the limited/ one location but the bad smelling towels I can’t. It’s one of the main reasons I picked auto glide over others. Also I agree with other review that things do break down often and no one informs you. Another perk that made me choose them was the air guns but those have been broken for a while now. ???

Car wash literally flipped our truck mirror backward even after we folded it in .And one the the nozzles was either clogged or not adjusted properly and was applying a thin line of pressure directly on paint..Also folded front license plate from the spinning mechanism

I’ve been a monthly member here for years and put up with this car wash not working correctly most of the time. Today as I pulled up to wash my vehicle the rotten smell coming out of the car was was so foul that I went in and canceled my membership.

Used the location to was my car and didn't notice the damage until after I left the location. Purchased one of the package tried to cancel the package and I was told that I would have to come in to the location to cancel a package that charge a monthly fee. Beware of equipment scratching your vehicles.

Good car wash and like my dually will fit in there. Nice to have access to air hose and clean rags to finish cleaning vehicle after.

At check-in I saw a very small hand written note taped to the glass window saying “passenger side brush not working. Sorroy for the inconvenience “. After the wash when I went to the vaccum station, I saw the entire body on the passenger side completely dirty. I drove back to the office and told the young man that my wash results were unacceptable! To my surprise, he said “if you want a better wash, you should choose $19.95 wash”. I was astonished! The tall Vertical Revolving brush is not working and was broken. Regardless of what wash I chose. The employee offered to wash the car again, started to argue as it was my fault. But he took a spray gun and rinse the whole passenger side of my car. I wondered what good that is going to do? I went through the wash him screaming and banging very hard on my window, claiming I ran over his hose! I am watching lights and and following the directions. He then proceeds to to tell me, that I should be watching him and not the lights. I drove through the washing, same results. All the passenger side with dust stuck on that side of the car. I just drove away in disgust. The car wash is relatively new and works perfectly as I have been there several times. I will go back and use it when the equipment is fixed. But, the young man managing is RUDE & INSULTING. He must learn better manners and fix the malfunctions rather than shouting. ?☹️????? and getting angry because of the broken equipment.Services: Vacuuming
