Sylvia was amazing. FYI When you get a questionnaire via text read the questions well because you don’t want to give an unsatisfactory response. Writing this review to clarify how awesome Sylvia was and her assistance to resolve the issue I had with my billing as well as help me get my son another line.

Samantha was amazing in helping us with upgrading our WiFi on our phone . We never have to wait long at the Rim location in San Antonio & the staff is always so nice & welcoming ! Thank you !!

Salma at the The Rim ATT store was incredible!!! She was so sweet and patient with my 90 year old dad! She’s a keeper and you don’t always find good customer service anymore!
